Delivered to Scotland with no problems at all. Fish very healthy and happy and are exactly as described. Will be using TropCo again.

Won’t deliver to mid-Scotland ( anything a mile north of Dundee), not listed on website. Blames this on the couriers, but there are other couriers happy to deliver to the whole of Scotland. Don’t claim UK delivery on your site when you can’t supply to the top 1/3 of the country.

Ordered 2 fancy goldfish, black moor, (10 to 12 cm) and calico ranchu (7 to 8cm).
Got a call as soon as I ordered to confirmed the delivery date and delivered them in 3 days which I was happy with.
However when I got them my black moor was 8cm and ranchu 6cm. I told them about the black moor since it was way too small and sent them picture. They refunded £5 but at that time I didn't realise my ranchu was also smaller than what it should be.
I think they mistakenly gave me smaller size

I received my tropical fish this morning (very early) from this company and I have to say that I highly recommend them, I had to smile when I saw they came along with little heating packs to keep them warm whilst travelling, the fish are very colourful and very healthy, well well packaged as well, I'm very happy with the fish and now I'm going to get all my fish from here!! Very impressed. Thankyou trop.

Tropco are what many local aquariums should aspire to be like. Communication is brilliant, service is polite and helpful. The fish are honestly in a better state after travelling from Kent in a van, in comparison to the fish I've bought locally that haven't had to travel so far.

You guys clearly care very much about your fish, service, the environment and your customers. I am so thrilled with your service that I will be using you and only you guys from now on! Thanks so much, 10/10!

Tropco in my experiences with them are a fantastic company!! Great fish and will do anything to help you out! I bought 12 mixed community fish from them and on my own fault 5 died over night as there wasnt enough air in the water any way I sorted the problem with advice from tropco they phoned me to help and said on your next order we will give you a few extra fish. I expected a few guppies or cheaper fish bit I actually recieved the fish that had died in return. I am so happy with this it's great that a company has great customer services skills still and are helpful. Great company a🌟will be my regular fish supplier from now on.

Received fish from you most of fish had white spot ive lost quiet alot of fish due to this my other fish were very healthy before I got fish from you and put in my tanks as I ordered alot of fish my molly died and swordfish and silver molly lost 4 pearls aswell and laods are covered in white spot thanks very much on all 3 of my tanks and my daughters tank aswell also had white spot now ive lost alot of fish so disappointed

I've ordered Guppies from here twice. All were healthy, lively and beautiful. They arrived safely and the delivery was smooth. Customer service is brilliant, I had a slight issue and they were very professional and helpful and replied fast. It's been many months and all the fish are in good health and still here. Would highly recommend.

I have waited three weeks plus for fish that they have not send they told me on the second week the fish is still acclimating that is ridiculous it does not take two weeks to acclimate a fish and now I’m having a refund because the fish aren’t in a good state they do not know much about their fish as the fish I ordered are shy and hide and they call it a bad state

Have ordered from Tropco early last week using the website. The very next morning I had a lovely call to arrange delivery for this coming Friday. All was seamless.

I have had to call two more times to add to my order and both times have not been an issue to the staff. Everyone is very helpful, knowledgable and will go out of their way to check stock for you.

Competitive pricing, great selection and the helpful staff are on hand to discuss alternatives should they be required.

I have yet to receive my order which is due Friday but the customer service experience so far has been second to none and I cannot fault this company. I will be returning many times in the future.

I’d really like to give this review 2.5 stars not 3.
The main issue was the courier. Using the tracking information, my fish should have been delivered before 12. I contacted the courier at 12:30pm after I noticed my delivery had been cancelled by customer. I spoke to a very nice lady at the local depot who said they would be with me by the end of the day (possibly as late as 6pm). I decided at this point to collect them myself as I was more concerned with the welfare of the fish than the hassle of collecting them. 6 guppies and 1 angelfish arrived alive but on the cool side having been bagged for the best part of 24 hours. Fish were introduced into fully cycled tanks. The angelfish has struggled since arriving, very shy, lack of interest in food etc. Unfortunately we lost him after 10 days. 1 guppy died within the first week, the remaining 5 seem to be doing OK and were the size and colours I requested. My gut feeling is that the length of time in transport probably resulted in too much stress.

Great company have ordered from them many times and have always been perfect until recently. My previous order was missing fish, that's fine no big deal. I wanted to order from them again anyway so they said they would add it into my next order. On my next order was 2 acaras ( a pair ) and 3 guppies + the 2 I was owed. I was so excited about my acaras as they were going into my 240 with my BP and tetras. When I received them, the water in the bag looked like a yellowish green, but I pop the bag in the tank and once warmed up I acclimatised them to the tank. They settled right in! Was perfect, until I noticed they had ick and had to remove them. I had to spend another £25 getting treatments and setting up another small tank for them to get better, on day 3 and noticed white fluff on the ends of their ragged fins :( tropco are great and usually on point! But not what I expected for £9 per fish. I feel like I've just bought these fish from pets at home. Other then that I do recommend tropco.

Received healthy, well packed fish. There seemed to be very little stress caused during transit. 5 days later they are happily settled in their new home. Polite and efficient communications throughout transaction.

I've had a few bad experiences getting fish delivered from other sources, so this was a relief. I shall definitely use again. Many thanks.

I've always been a bit skeptical about ordering live fish on the internet however due to lockdown my options are limited so I thought I'd give Tropco a go.

What can I say, I'm really impressed by the live stock and service offered by Tropco. I've ordered over 50 fishes over 2 deliveries and they have all arrived on-time, alive and healthy.

Very impressed and will definitely order again and recommend family and friends!
