It’s nothing but a scam!!! The product is cheap and they put you through so much to discourage you from returning it. Do not buy and if you do; forget about your money!! You will not get a refund!!

Total scam

Total scam, don't waste your time & money. I purchased a pair of "grounding" shoes that I just received today. I don't see how these can be grounding in any way. What looked like metal grommets are actually plastic. The whole shoe is plastic, which is basically the opposite of healthy. I'm usually more cautious than this in my online purchasing. Feeling like a real schmuck today.

Nice shoes!! Was shocked

I got 4 pair of grounding shoes for $140 with their limited time offer two weeks ago. They came today. The shoe quality is excellent and they're so comfy. I'm very well pleased with the fit and style. Honestly 10/10 on shoe fit, style, and quality. I was discouraged at first by the many terrible reviews here but took a leap of faith based on the reviews on their website, and I'm glad I did. Came in about 10-14 days. Delivery/shipping was free. Customer service was responsive in a timely manner. Whether or not they actually work for grounding is TBD but I'm grateful they came and I'm excited to wear them!

This is a SCAM...I lost over $150.00 purchasing this product.
I wanted to return the product after first use, the grounding pad actually irritated nerves in the feet and up my leg. I tried to return...many times to the support email. But nothing came of it. This is a SCAM

No cord included & no response to emails

I didn't receive a cord for the pillow case. They have no contact phone number, & they stopped responding to my emails. I denied the charges with my credit card company, but TrueGrounding sent them a picture of my item having been delivered. It was delivered, but without a cord, which completely defeats the purpose of grounding sheets & just makes it an insanely overpriced pillowcase! So they'll respond to the credit card company to lie to them, but not the customer to make things right. Avoid purchasing with this company, there are plenty of others out there that care about their customers.

Terrible company

Terrible company. I believed I was buying from the UK until the so-called grounding shoes took 2 weeks to arrive. When they arrived they were cheap Chinese plastic rubbish, badly fitting and didn’t connect you to the ground (plastic soles). They have said their return policy says I have to pay for return shipping (international) which I’ve heard is $16. Complained to shopify who host their store

Scam company - avoid!

Took ages to ship, and didn’t realise it was being sent from China! Can’t actually review the product as the courier company left the parcel at the wrong address and it was stolen from a neighbours porch! However I have been attempting to speak to someone at True Grounding and the only option is via email, and not one person has replied to me.. Appalling customer service, avoid this company like the plague!

An update on this

An update on this, I received a refund through Paypal however I am still £25 out of pocket because I had to pay to send it back to the USA!! Avoid this company at all costs!!! I only got a refund because I raised a case with Paypal, otherwise like all the other reviews I wouldn't of been able to send it back.

The company sent a sheet that did not fit. It was huge. When I returned it at a cost of over £31 as per their instructions they never answered my emails or refunded me. They completely stole my money then cost me more. Don’t use them.

Don't buy from this company

I ordered what I thought was a UK version of a king size grounding sheet @£112. I received my sheet over 2 weeks later as this is an American company. I was surprised that it turned up with no company label, as if it was some dodgy second hand Chinese item. There were no instructions on how to use it, and it didn't come with a uk plug.
When I tried to email supportatgroundinglab.co my email was bounced.
I'm too afraid to use this item now.

Wrong delivery, defunct support email

My order was delivered to someone else, I never even got it. The shipping company acknowledged it but directed me to TrueGrounding. Problem is, their email is DEFUNCT. They have no phone number. There's no where to take this complaint to.

Absolute rubbish. Don't even go there. It's all a sham and a scam. 90 day refund stated is not applicable when you contact them. They can't be bothered and just give you an obscure address to post back too at a push and expect you to pay and track. Abysmal.

My order has not left the country of origin after 3 weeks. Contacted customer support. They gave me an excuse then promptly blocked my email address.

Dishonest and untrustworthy company! I accidentally ordered a mat and immediately contacted customer support, who assured me they would stop the shipment. However, they didn’t, and the item still arrived. Now that they have my money, they are ignoring my emails and refusing to respond.

Absolute shocking company to deal with. Their ground mats are fake products and offer zero benefits . 90 day hassle free returns and refund is also a joke. Customer service is so poor and I will never buy from this company again. Avoid at all costs .
