The razors seem duller then when I use to order them before.

I'm trying to cancel my subscription, but you haven't returned any of my emails

I canceled my subscription, and they ignored my request. Three months later I was sent more razors. I was told I could not send them back for a refund.

When somebody reaches out to your help and you wait a full week to respond to them, that’s just really poor customer service. The product is not really that special. You should really concentrate on providing an exceptional customer experience.

Still didn't recieve all of my items. Customer service is very slow to respond

Very bad customer service. I would definitely avoid this company. Not understanding of allergies/dislikes and not willing to work with their customers

I did not like that the 3-month subscription renewed after only one month. That was not clear and I was not expecting a $40 charge after my initial trial shipment. I cancelled after that because it seemed very deceptive.

Very difficult to contact customer support and cancel this subscription.

If this company had a simple and transparent subscription cancellation process (across all platforms, it’s worst on mobile) would have given 5 stars. But major points deducted for lack of integrity and ethics.

I did not approve of the order I received a couple of days ago. I was told I can’t return the items since they were already on their way, when in the first place I never approved of the purchase. I’m very disappointed in the company, bad customer service. All I wanted was my money back for a purchase I never approved of.

Never received my order. I live in a building and confirmed with the building that my package was never delivered. I’m not happy with the customer service and how the situation was handled and resolved.

I never knew I had so many hairs. I feel like it couls have came with more oil wipes. I love how baby soft my skin feels and how my face looks so hydrated.

Love the high quality of the razors, the extra razors, clear instructions and the spray, seeking hair is a game changer!

I only received ONE of the items I paid for. I also have wrote them SEVERAL emails and still have NOT received any type of response or resolution. So I WILL NEVER TO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY AGAIN and I am also in the process of filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau also known as BBB.

I absolutely LOVE my Jill razor! 😍🩷 I’ve been obsessed with it for dermaplaning, but the 2.0?! AMAZING! 🙌🏼 It makes removing peach fuzz and dead skin so quick and easy, leaving my face feeling incredibly smooth! My skincare and makeup go on so beautifully afterward. Seriously one of my favorite beauty tools! 🫶🏼

I asked for it to be canceled and it was shipped out anyways.

I received a shipment after requesting a cancellation and am being refused a refund and a return label for this unopened product. If you are going to post a policy it is then appropriate to actually keep that policy. Customer service is lacking. Be very careful about placing a one time order as it truly isn’t one time.
