Didnt realize how great my skin would feel! Love this 10 stars

Love the high quality of the razors, the extra razors, clear instructions and the spray, seeking hair is a game changer!

I only received ONE of the items I paid for. I also have wrote them SEVERAL emails and still have NOT received any type of response or resolution. So I WILL NEVER TO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY AGAIN and I am also in the process of filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau also known as BBB.

It never arrived!!

Absolutely love this product. I have been using it for the past year now.

I absolutely LOVE my Jill razor! 😍🩷 I’ve been obsessed with it for dermaplaning, but the 2.0?! AMAZING! 🙌🏼 It makes removing peach fuzz and dead skin so quick and easy, leaving my face feeling incredibly smooth! My skincare and makeup go on so beautifully afterward. Seriously one of my favorite beauty tools! 🫶🏼

I asked for it to be canceled and it was shipped out anyways.

I received a shipment after requesting a cancellation and am being refused a refund and a return label for this unopened product. If you are going to post a policy it is then appropriate to actually keep that policy. Customer service is lacking. Be very careful about placing a one time order as it truly isn’t one time.

Everything was easy. Ordering what I needed and shipping was fast and problem free

I cut my face, the razor part kept falling off, instruction included products not included in the kit.

They handled my cancellation very quickly and professionally.

It advertised on their site that you would be getting the hair I d with the original kit and come to find out you don't. And they won't do anything about it even though that was one of the main reasons for purchasing. Customer service was of no help.

My original package did not include everything I ordered. I have been searching for customer service on the website and did not find any. I finally tracked down an email and sent at least two emails trying to resolve the issue. I never received any response. In my pursuit of getting a response, I forgot to cancel my subscription and now have more of the product I do not want to have.

The razors leave hair behind. I have almost invisible and very fine facial hairs. And it just doesn't seem to get them all. I touch up a lot... sometimes daily.
It's the best I have found so far, but not great.

It's so convenient to have fresh, sharp, blades delivered. Excellent quality.

I am missing items from my order and have been trying to resolve the issue. Communication from your staff has stopped so nothing is resolved. I am reconsidering ordering any refills or any other products. I am very disappointed with your customer service!

I have canceled this TWICE now and STILL get charged!!! If it happens 1 more time I will contact BBB!

I love the hair identifying spray, and the after oil, but I’m not a fan of the blades. I also just received this in the mail, so it did take quite a while to come
