Ordered back in December, the wand for veins. First, it took forever to arrive, then when it did, it was not what I ordered. After reading all the bad reviews ( after the fact), I don't think I'll deal with them. Lesson learnt.

Poor Business
There should be negative numbers for this company. They truly don't stand by their word regarding cancellations and refunds. The customer service lines don't answer within the 59 minutes we have to call for cancellations. They send items anyway, then make it hard to return. Bad business.

My husband bought me the Renewa Lift…
My husband bought me the Renewa Lift for my 61st birthday about 3 weeks ago. I have been using it everyday for about a week and going on 2 weeks and I can start feeling and seeing a difference on my skin texture, fine lines on and definitely under the eyes. I love the activator serum and how fast it drys and not feel sticky, however I wish it came in a bigger bottle. I have certain goals I’m trying to reach so right now it’s still early and will continue to use.

I used the device for five weeks
I used the device for five weeks, or until the magic serum ran out. There was no improvement whatsoever. I used it as directed. I do not have a huge turkey wattle neck, no deep creases on my face, but my mouth corners are starting to go south. This device and the serum did nothing. I followed directions to the T. And, you don’t get 100 days to return for a refund, you only get 20. Don’t waste your money.

Great customer service
The videos were short and very informative. Ordering was a breeze. I had a little hiccup with my mailing address, and they fixed in less than 10 minutes. Very polite. I just placed my order today so I can't comment on the product, but will update once I receive it. (Meant to say that EJ was prompt, professional, and friendly!)

Took months to get my order so I gave and overall 3. I was assisted by an employee that did not help at all and then EJ stepped in to help and she was on it and took care of everything very quickly - I would give her a 10 across the board - she was amazing.

Very Frustrating
I ordered my shipment weeks ago and only just today did I receive just a portion of my order. I have been in touch with customer service and they are very responsive. However, they still don’t have a date of when they will be sending me the remainder of my order which once again will probably take three weeks. I will never do business with this company again. I certainly hope the product is worth all the frustration it’s caused me. I will be returning the product once I receive it. I’m not gonna give my money to a company who doesn’t even have the product in stock when they sell it.

returns are complicated
After sevral messages back and forth the company agreed to give me a partial refund and I did not have to return the unwanted products. Therefore I cannot comment on the product as I have not tried it. I gave a 3 star as I feel they should be more clear about their refund and rerturn policy.

I sent email to customer service re my device not working properly
I sent email to customer service because my device is not working properly. Kei was in the rescue. He asked me to send a video for documentation purposes. The following day he asked me to confirm if I need a replacement. Of course I did. After a couple of emails back and forth he sent me the replacement . Kei showed patience and professionalism re my issue. Thanks so much KEI. I really appreciate everything.

I've only been using my renewalift for 4 days and I have noticed some difference in my skin's appearance. It does look brighter and some deep lines in my forehead are less noticeable. Also, some lines around my mouth have softened.
