I reached out to customer service shortly after receiving my product, and EJ was exceptionally helpful throughout the process. Resolving the issue required several email exchanges, and at every step he demonstrated professionalism, patience, and genuine care. EJ took the time to understand the concern and remained attentive and responsive until it was fully resolved. I do not know when I have had an online company that gave me better. Customer service. My experience was wonderful. Stephen was great to help me with my needs and I have nothing but praise for this company. Excellent customer service
I purchased both RenewalLift Skin Tightening Device & EyeLift from the company 4 months ago. The Skin Tightening Device stopped charging and the EyeLift barely worked even after fully charged. I sent a video to Matthew from Customer Experience Team of Renewa Skin. The team reviewed the problems and got back to me the very next day and indicated that the replacements are on the way to me. What an excellent customer service! Matthew is an asset of Renewa Skin.

I have to commend you on the excellent customer service as represented by EJ of your organization. I had a problem with my eye massager, and he was so helpful in resolving the issue. He went through multiple steps in investigating the situation. He was invariably patient and caring. EJ is a great asset to your organization.
