Excellent service , just lacking on details regarding packaging requirements. Overall very good.

A superb experience re customer service. I paid a top-up fee for additional days so I could live with the kit before a purchase decision. Even so it felt like really good value for money. The delivery service was in a small time window so I didn't have to wait in although pick-up was between 8am and 6pm. I ordered a Canon R8, 35mm f1.8 and 85mm f2 for lowlight stage photography. The items I received looked little used and well cared for. The returnable bond felt hefty. I used the kit a lot but I looked after it and made sure it was clean for return. TtK's transport packaging left nothing to chance! Blimey. My bond appeared in my bank account within 2 or 3 working days of equipment return. Oddly, it showed as 'pending' for a further 5 working days and I wonder if this is because it was managed by an international money transfer company. This is a great service and I'll use it again to try stuff out.

Whole process from start to finish was seamless. They even called me to let me know they were able to dispatch a day earlier! I got to try out the RF 600mm F11 lens, and found out it wasn’t for me. Easy to use and a great way to get an extended trial of the binoculars I thought I wanted.
In the end, made me realise I wouldn't use them enough to justify the cost, so a worthwhile trial.

I recently borrowed the Canon RF 600mm f/4 from Try The Kit, and I honestly couldn’t be more impressed with both the lens and the service.
From start to finish, the process was incredibly smooth. The booking was straightforward, communication was clear and responsive, and the lens arrived exactly when expected, securely packaged and in immaculate condition. It genuinely felt like unboxing a brand-new piece of kit.
As for the lens itself – absolutely phenomenal. The RF 600mm f/4 is a dream to shoot with. The image quality is razor sharp, autofocus is lightning-fast, and it handled beautifully even during longer sessions. Whether shooting wildlife or distant subjects, it delivered stunning results every time. It’s one of those lenses that instantly elevates your work.

When you are looking buy a camera/lens, this is the best way to decide on a camera.
Either free for a weekend or longer as I did. Delivered and returned for free.

Really great experience- I called up a few times with questions, and everyone I spoke to was so helpful, polite and quick to answer questions. The lens arrived promptly and very well packaged- I love the zip ties to show that it isn't tampered with on both journeys. I dropped my lens back to the courier rather than wait all day for the courier to arrive, and that worked out so much better for me. Deposit came back very quickly and I'm now so much better placed to decide which lens to purchase. An excellent service, which really helped me decide. Highly recommended.
