First class service. Tried the R6-II through Try The Kit and within a week after sending it back I have now ordered my own, brand new camera.
So pleased to have found this facility, it is going to be incredibly valuable in helping me make purchase decisions. The opportunity to test equipment over a 48 hour period in whatever real-world conditions you normally operate in is so, so helpful.
Everything worked perfectly with the service - delivery, the kit itself, the return packaging and label that was supplied, the collection from my door and the virtually instant refund of my deposit.

Absolutely excellent service.
Communication was brilliant, even received a call to ask if I would like the kit dispatched early and an extra couple of free days to ensure it arrived in time for the bank holiday weekend.

It was delivered by courier on the morning of the agreed date and also picked up on the date agreed.
It came packaged in a substantial case along with the return packaging and label. An excellent service.

The logistical support around this was phenomenal along with comunication i had no worries about the product itself a must try for all lenses before u buy no Brainer for all camera lovers

Excellent communication, easy process and can avoid expensive mistakes. For example, just hired an EF 600mmF4, to save money rather than the RF version, but not sure about the AF on an R6m2, so will now hire the RF version and probably buy that. It's how I bought my camera and other lenses (plus you get a discount after trialling!).
