Happy so far
Yes, it has been a very quick service up to now. There wasn’t much waiting over the phone, the online booking was pretty simple and any additional problems were immediately dealt with over the phone.
I was handed over to the EV charger installation people very swiftly, they got in touch really quick and didn’t waste time getting their part of the process done and booking me in for an installation.
Now it’s a matter of waiting for the Vehicle really.

1st ever lease car through work
1st ever lease car through work. A new option offered to use through C.F.R.S employee scheme. Logging in through initial email was very straight forward. Clear instructions on what personal information was needed to be added to Tusker site to allow system to generate offers for vehicles. I found the site very easy to navigate with great detail to answer all my curious questions. Finally placed my order for a new EV Volvo.
Emails received with regular updates as my application proceeded though it stages. Email also received from supplying Volvo dealer to confirm order.
I called Tusker assistance line to enquire on adding personal plate, call answered straight away with information emailed while still on the phone. Looking forward to receiving my new vehicle sometime in May.
Hard to fault my experience to this point. Tuskers clearly have this process down to a tee, slick website, great informative website, great selection of vehicles from all brands. Helpful and polite staff via phone support. Well-done Tusker 1st class service thus far :-)

Great so far. New car on order so will be a few weeks yet waiting for delivery which cant be helped as thats now down to the manufacturer of the car make/model I chose however from communication via email to conversations via telephone I have found Tusker to be informative and polite. I'm confident the rest of this journey with them will be as smooth as the ordering process.
