Easy process with excellent customer support

The car selection process was very straightforward and easy to use. What really stood out, though, was the support I received from the Tusker team. I contacted them on two occasions with questions, and both times my call was answered quickly. The team were friendly, knowledgeable, and took the time to answer all my queries clearly, which made the whole experience feel smooth and reassuring.

Great experience overall

Ordering my second car with them as I was really pleased with the overall experience of my first.
Easy to order, lots of cars to choose from and a lot of customisations available on each car.
Easy to book service and tyre replacement.

Great experience overall

The entire experience of having a car with Tusker was amazing. Just ordered my second car with them.
Easy to order, lots of options to choose from and lots of customisations available.

Service has been very poor

Service has been very poor. I have had to contact Tusker multiple times for updates - Tusker have not contacted me. Waiting days at a time for simple progress (e.g. I sent updated insurance details as requested, followed up 10 days later and was told they had forgotten to send it on).

Awful service

Awful service, I have waited in all day for my charger to be installed last week only for the installer to turn up after 3pm without the charger so he couldnt install it, then booked him in again for today and again waited in all day but this time he didnt even turn up. Then to be told I would get a message with another booking date but still not heard anything yet.

I am very impressed with…

I have to say I am very impressed with the company. They have been chosen by my organisation to run slary sacrifice scheme and so far i can't complain.
I have received a login details, have browesed cars, select the car I liked, all pricing/charges are very clear, website and filters easy to navigate, communication from ordering the car online until now(car's delivery date mid May) absolutely bang on, strongly recommended to use them.
