What a nightmare with the EV charger…

What a nightmare with the EV charger installation process. The offer was with Audi but had several emails to complete surveys with Ohme. The first survey was cancelled and then another request to complete another survey was sent asking if I had already completed a survey and then the Audi one was cancelled and the Tusker one re started. I have no clue who is doing what.
