Very helpful and patient
Phoned Tusker today and spoke to Bethani. From the start she was really helpful and patient. Once I explained what I wanted she took the time to help me to calculate my BiK. Even when I had more questions she was really helpful and was able to put my mind at easy with my future payments. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

If your car works great
If your car works great. As soon as something goes wrong then don't expect a good level of customer care from Tusker or it's breakdown service. Car has never been picked up for a service, replacement car never provided when being repaired, and breakdown service left me for 8 hours despite being a priority. Very poor.

I had a horrendous road traffic accident and during my time dealing with Tusker everyone was extremely polite and thorough.
One person though did stand out, a lady called Jess, she listened to my worries and concerned, she owned these, researched the issues and communicated what she found it a timely manner. She is a great Tusker representative and I wish I could reward her more than just this.

Seemless experience
Seemless experience. Website easy to navigate and helpful when looking around at what to go for, the helpdesk are brilliant - answered within 2 mins and lovely people, very helpful and their smiles come through over the phone. Emails keep you informed of the process at every step. I was very nervous about buying a car I'd never test driven, but they quelled my fears and kept the whole process very smooth.
As for the car - brilliant!

Smooth & Hassle-Free Experience – Excellent Support from Stuart
I’ve had a really positive experience with Tusker Cars so far, and a big part of that is thanks to Stuart Rayner.
Stuart was extremely helpful throughout the process and made everything feel quick and straightforward. He was responsive, clear in his communication, and helped me complete things in a much shorter time than expected.
The whole journey has been smooth so far, and I’m enjoying the experience. Great customer service makes a huge difference, and Stuart really delivered on that.
I’m now hoping the same level of smooth, hassle-free experience continues when it comes to maintenance and insurance as well.
Highly recommend based on my experience so far.

So far so good, my questions & concerns were answered, fully explained, nothing seemed to be hidden in the 'small print'. But to be honest this was probably the easy part, the next part is the main bit, i.e. can the right car be delivered on time or earlier.

Tusker has provided us with very good service. The whole process from choosing our car, and getting all relevant information was very easy. Even when we had questions following our car being ordered, the team were always happy to help and assist over the phone. We were kept informed all the time on progress of the car from factory order to the date of delivery which was great. Very happy with our car and service so far.

Ordered myself a car on salary…
Ordered myself a car on salary sacrifice back in September with delivery due end of January. Around the 23rd of January I received an email from the dealership to say that the car has not been built to the specification I had signed up to and the manufacturer is offering £1000 compensation.
I was rather disappointed but still asked how the £1000 compensation would work in practice to understand whether it was a benefit to me or just to the dealership and Tusker. Dealership said it was down to Tusker and Tusker said it was down to the dealership.
Not too long after I give Tusker a call to check on progress and I’m told they’ll requote with the missing optional extras removed by the end of the day. End of the day comes nothing.
Plenty more chasing but seems Tusker can only communicate less than once a week with a customer if that. I email to cancel due the poor coms and things not going anywhere. Surprise-i get a call the next day (now it matters). I finally decide to except the car as is with the competition (turned out part of the compensation was to cover the missing extras that I wood still have to pay for). A whole week later and guess what back to radio silence.
So as all confidence in Tusker has been lost I have cancelled the order.
Very poor customer service!
