Alfie and Freddie have been fantastic, sorting an issue that’s been causing problems for a month, while being proactive about the actual cause of the problem too and kind enough to take the time to help clean up some of the waste issues the problem caused. They’ve been both professional and thorough and I’m incredibly thankful for the work they’ve put in.

Marc arrived early evening, rolled up his sleeves and set about the overflowing drain that had flooded our patio.

Five minutes later it was cleared and Marc had saved us!

Had a gentleman called Elliot, come to our house to unblock our sink in our en-suite bathroom, he was very polite done an excellent job, and cleaned all the mess up after him, before he left

I cannot recommend TW Drainage highly enough, especially their engineer, Marc.

I had a major drainage problem where wastewater was backing up through my kitchen sink and into my washing machine. The sink overflowed and flooded my kitchen, and the smell was absolutely awful. I was extremely stressed and didn’t know what to do.

From the moment Marc arrived, he was calm, professional, friendly, and incredibly reassuring. He immediately put me at ease and assured me that everything would be okay, which meant a great deal at such a stressful time.

Marc quickly identified the cause of the blockage, checked the sink drainage, and then went to the main drain in the garden where he expertly cleared the blockage using drain rods. It was obvious he was highly experienced and knew exactly what he was doing. He worked efficiently and had everything flowing freely again in no time.

What really stood out was not just his technical skill, but his kindness and professionalism. He treated me with genuine respect, explained what he was doing, and showed real empathy throughout the whole visit. It’s rare to come across someone who provides such exceptional customer service.

Marc is a real credit to TW Drainage, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend both him and the company to anyone with drainage problems. Thank you, Marc, for your outstanding work and for turning a very stressful situation into a positive one.

My engineer marc was early which was great, a very friendly man who got the job of unblocking my kitchen sink done in next to no time. Really happy with the service

Sean griffin was absolutely fantastic. Had a leak under the sink and he went above and beyond to make sure the issue was resolved. It was late hours of the evening and to have put the level effort he put in to make sure the issue was resolved and done to a satisfactory standard was great.

If I could give ten stars I would. Had a gentleman called Albie, just left a very happy mum who can now wash up. My sink was heavily clogged and he tackled it with ease. He was professional, kind and very easy to talk to. He made the whole process very comfortable as it had been a stressful few days. Thank you very much. A very satisfied customer 😁

Plumber reece came to do job at ward point building on Thursday and he was amazing. spent nearly 4 hours to sort out my toilet blocked didn't give up what was a big job in the heat wave excellent care. credit to your firm for such a good worker.

Sean arrived today on time, cut into the communal, cast iron stack pipe and unblocked the problem. He was very friendly, super fast and efficient. After weeks of problems I am so thankful. I wish I could give him 10 stars!!

Was contacted on the 28/04/2026 for an appt just 2 days later. Engineer attended on the confirmed date and did a MARVELOUS job at clearing the bathroom sink and bathtub in less than one hour! Free flowing of water has returned which has brought me peace of mind as the plumbing is more than 60 years old in this building and isn't going to be replaced by Clarion Housing any time soon - due to The Regeneration Project taking place! Was extremely impressed by this young engineer's skills and efficiency. Would HIGHLY recommend...........AAA+++!!

Alfie and Fred came to put a CCTV camera down to the pipe to solve my blockage problem.They were professional and polite. They checked and cleaned up after they completed the job. Amazing.

We have had two previous visit from a different company to clear a blocked communal cast iron drain pipe.

Terry arrived bright and cheerful despite the early hour as requested and immediately set to work respectfully taking his sliders on and off as he walked backward and forwards through the property from the drain pipe at the rear to the man hole cover at the front.

Having cleared the blockage he temporarily repaired the plastic pipe that had been cut in desperation previously!!

He certainly wouldn’t be replaced by AI anytime soon….

I’d like to say a huge thank you to Reece Martin for the fantastic job he did unblocking my kitchen sink. It had been blocked for five months, and several engineers were unable to fix the problem. Reece came in and saved the day with his expertise and professionalism. I really appreciate his hard work and would highly recommend him!
