I purchased a few orders for mens accessories over the last few weeks and found Tyler & Tyler to be a highly efficient and well deserved award winning company to deal with. I was notified about each step of my order progressing from it being placed, through to it being dispatched. When I received my order (on time) it was safely packaged and the quality of the goods were much, much highly quality than I expected. You really do get what you pay for. Order from T&T with peace of mind.

Service inadequate, but good product.
Great product, delivery time was problematic though. I paid for express/next day delivery on Friday 1.30pm as T & T requested on their website, and the 2 belts didn't arrive until Tuesday late morning. Given Covid situation, an explicit statement on their website of "no chance!" would have saved me a fiver and dashed birthday hopes for Monday latest.

As advised by the member of the team you spoke to your order was dispatched on the day you placed it on a next day delivery service. As you had not received your belts the next day we re-sent them. We are pleased to hear they arrived with you safely. The original parcel has been returned to us today. Sadly, it appears the address label was damaged during transit - hence why they did not arrive with you. As a gesture of goodwill we have issued a refund on your delivery charge.

I ordered the stag lapel pin for my upcoming wedding. Came on time, even with a bank holiday to scupper postage. Nicely packaged, nice and safe. The pin looks even better in person. The pictures don't do it justice by half!
