After reviewing your account, we see that the charge on February 4, 2025, corresponds to the renewal of your Ubuy Plus+ membership, which began with a 7-day free trial at the time of your January 24 order. Per our terms, the trial automatically transitions to a paid membership (ZAR 4040 annually) unless canceled during the trial period.
