No option to refund to original payment method
I ordered express shipping, and I didn't get it. Only to be informed that I can only be refunded to an account that I will never use. Why does Ubuy not have the option to refund to a Ubuy account or the original payment method? It's not professional to force only 1 option onto customers. What if customers never want to purchase from this merchant again? I will never purchase from Ubuy again. What should I do to get my money back? I cannot forfeit several hundreds of dollars just because I have no choice.

Ordered on 13 September, delivered ex US to my door on 20 September. I was a bit worried, but checked recent reviews which seemed quite good. Was impressed with whatsapp updates and could be monitored where process was online. need to check the freight and taxes cost

I am very impressed with Ubuy. I placed an order with them on September 20th thinking it would take at least two weeks to get here from the US but it was delivered to my door on September 27th! Great service and great communication from them. I'll definitely shop with them again

Faulty site
Tried to reset my password after I had forgotten it. Took 2 weeks (as well as 2 support agents, multiple phone calls and emails) to reset it and then the new password only worked once and now I can't log in again. Tracking of orders without being able to log in is also very difficult.
