I am really impressed with the service

Normally the service is stellar but this time I don't know what happened. Ordered 2 items, 1 came back out of stock the next day the other one was Lost in Transit then when I requested a reorder it was out of stock. Not the best experience and the bank charges hurt

late delivery with no communication
terribly disappointed in the service and delivery received from an order which i was so excited to about. order confirmation stated 3rd May delivery. Ubuy did not contact me to advise that order had not yet left USA ( today being 3rd May ). i had to call the call centre to find this out. i only ordered these items because of the delivery date confirmation - needed them by latest 5th May.
