Brod and Taylor were unable to deliver my proofer on time. Website phone number hangs up after 10seconds. Don’t buy unless you use PayPal .I cancelled the order after a week with no sign of for filling the order. General there items are over priced Lakeland scrapers and dough whisks are much cheaper and very well made.

The Baking Shell (Boule) and Bread Steel make a great alternative to the cast iron casserole pot I was using as a Dutch oven and are much more convenient to use due to the lightweight of the Boule. Also the time to heat up the Bread Steel is the same as it takes the oven the warm so no more waiting for the cast iron pot to reach the correct temperature. Recommended.
