Bought a steam generator iron from Russellhobbs.com thinking buying direct would be better service. The iron was received with damage on it and the performance was below expectations based on the rating. Contacted customer services but they want video footage, more photos and are doing everything they can to be difficult. Terrible service.

I had a problem with a kettle. I reported the issue to Customer services who were very polite and apologetic for the issue. They completed an investigation and deemed product was unusable so organised a replacement.

Speedy fast response and brilliant customer service. Their reaction to my request was amazing.

Response to our problem was first-class. Actions were also quickly resolved to the best of their options so thank you very much support team.

The communication with Ana was first rate. I thought that the amount of information requested was excessive but otherwise the experience was excellent.

For a £20 kettle that was registered under their extended 3 year warranty the evidence of it leaking required in terms of photographs and video that took a couple of days to provide was excessive. A replacement was received 28 Aug 2026.

My problem was dealt with quickly and efficiently. But why my parcel was returned as being refused I don’t understand as no one was in at the time. I am very grateful for this being sorted out and rectified.

5 Star experience from a trusted brand who stand by their products, when it comes to warranty. Anne Marie in particular, was delightful to deal with.

I very rarely write reviews for company's but feel this occasion deserved it. I ordered an expensive Russel Hobbs coffee machine through TikTok (would not recommend doing this, always order direct through the company). foolishly, the amazon delivery driver dumped the machine on my step and left it to which the machine (a very large box) was stolen. TikTok refused any refund or replace it, and closed the case despite me providing proof of this. I contacted Russel Hobbs direct and spoke to a very helpful representative at Russel Hobbs named Eduard R. he was so patient, helpful and precise, he dealt with my issue perfectly, i felt heard, and i would a million percent given the excellent customer service recommend russell Hobbs and purchase from them again in the future!

Excellent customer service, from reporting the issue in the morning a replacement kettle is being sent out same afternoon. so so good.

My hoover broke in just under the 2 year warranty that I had with R & H. I contacted the customer service department and have now got a replacement hoover in just under a month. It took a big longer because the item wasn't in stock. I'm really impressed that they replaced the item swiftly and without any faff. I'll continue to buy from the company because they are trusted and reliable. Thank you

Finally had to buy a new kettle my old one from Russel Hobbs died the other day....... After 18 years of daily use!!!

I am beyond impressed with their product in fact I brought exactly the same kettle again, if this carries on it will be the last kettle I have to buy in my lifetime!

I live in a very hard water area so I descale the kettle every two or three months depending on how much use it gets daily, looking after it that was not so much of a problem the limescale where I live can be bad so it has to be done.

Great customer service. Always bought Russel Hobbs kitchen toasters and kettles. If things go wrong, they make sure that it’s replaced or fixed ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

We have had our steam iron for 7 months but the heat/temperature dial is no doing it's job. I have tried to do the on lines guarantee but have had a load of trouble trying to up load a photo of the product label. I have tried jpg and other types of photo's but to no avail. What a hard job it is, in the end I just bought a new one. Not buying another Russell Hobbs product again!!!
