Undercover Opiniões

I had terrible issues with courier company for my order. Nothing at all to do with Undercover, entirely the fault of the courier. Customer Services at Undercover were fabulous - friendly, professional and very helpful. Kept me updated and sorted the issue out. Very impressed. The products themselves are beautiful.

Perfekt! Herrliches Material, schöne Lieferung und kurzer Liefertermin.

Die Bettwäsche ist extrem scbnell geliefert worden. Sie ist traumhaft. Gerne wieder.

Wunderbare Qualität somit ein traumhaftes Schlafgefühl! Ich habe den Bettanzug mit Kissen bestellt. Das Fixleintuch musste unbedingt zur Ergänzung dazu, jetzt fühle ich mich wie im 7. Himmel :-))! Einwandfreie und schnelle Lieferung.

Lovely soft bedding, like sleeping on a cloud! Fast shipping and very personal service :)

Absolut fantastisch! So ein weiches Textil & tolles Muster - und damit garantiert einen erholsamen Schlaf! :-) Danke vielmals.

I’m so impressed with the quality and service from Undercover. Everything from the website, to the packaging, to the duvet covers and pillow cases I bought- incredible. I was surprise to see that there were no ties in the covers to hold the duvet in place, but a week later and I haven’t had any shifts. I am definitely recommending to my friends and family. So happy that I found this company!

Excellent bedding! Looks fabulous on our King Size bed and is really comfortable. Easy to order online and delivered very promptly!

I ordered pillow cases, a fitted sheet and a duvet cover, I am absolutely thrilled with the quality of these products; they are soft and very comfortable.
I would highly recommend Undercover.

Undercover is super easy to order from and they are extremely fast in shipping out your order.

Gorgeous bedding. Speedy delivery.

Sheets delivered fast and seem to be great! It would be best to not have to pay import tax. It was clearly mentioned that I will, so that was no surprise. But I think you don’t have such a big variety of sheets to not be able to have a few of each in your Switzerland warehouse.

Absolutely love the bedding, it's wonderfully comfortable and looks brilliant. I will be buying all my bedding from here from now on. 😄

Fabulous products and service.
Extremely delighted with my purchases.
Thank you!

Amazing sheets, will only ever buy sheets from undercover now, really good customer service as well!

Love the product and the customer service.

After buying one set, sleeping under the sheets for a night, we decided we had to get another! Really good quality - lovely simple soft sheets, that feel luxurious. Shipping was very quick, and delighted to see the packing includes no plastic at all. Recommended!

We really love our black and white bed linen.

The only downside we have going is that is doesn’t wash that well.

Otherwise we are happy
