Love their stuff but really cheaply made!
Pants are tearing apart after 3 months of use.
Unfortunately won't be buying again :(

They have really cute clothes but it is not worth it for the price most of the time. I bought the o-ren skirt awhile back and the plaid pattern faded so quickly and I washed it like twice and it became unwearable because it’s so small. Also I just recently bought the dolly sweater (88 f**king dollars btw) and it came with stains on it, like... really. It’s definitely someone’s returned sweater

Spent 160$ on 2 pairs of sub par pants and fit strange. Takes 3 weeks for them to make the return which could be the fault of usps. But when they email me saying they refunded me I check my bank account and no refund. So I emailed them twice and no response at all. Don’t waste your time.

I love UNIF and their clothing seriously speaks to me, but I have the Gia platforms from them and both times I’ve worn them the straps straight up popped out of the shoe and broke. I luckily have super glue but considering the price of the shoes it’s disappointing and not worth it :/ I’ll wear them again maybe for pictures but definitely not go to go out in. I also have a cute fuzzy cardigan from them that has begun falling apart and I’ve worn it maybe 3 times.

A way better experience with UNIF compared to O-MIGHTY. Unif actually dispatched my order really quickly (the same day I placed the order) it’s the shipping company they decide to use which is v slow but the cheapest shipping option has tracking which is good. The quality isn’t great but it’s significantly better than O-MIGHTY

Their clothes are very cute and really different from most brands but most of their designs are copied which would be perfectly fine if were classified as homages but they don't even care about giving them credit. Items are also really expensive for the quality, their denim is pretty good, tees and hoodies as well but then their non-denim items (mainly synthetic fabrics) are really thin and feel really cheap, the fit of the pants is also made for really tall people. Their shoes get damaged really quick, especially straps on platforms. Everything is made in China which doesn't necessarily mean that the workers aren't getting fairly paid but at the same time, if they are so ethical and sustainable as they say, they should at least add a section with all that info in their website. They should have more sales and start worrying about making new innovative designs like in the old days but with this same 90s/y2k vibe. With all this, me and millions of UNIF fans just ask for a little bit more of transparency of everything about the brand as well. You cannot eat money.

If you are looking for an everyday shoe that will last, I wouldn't recommend spending that kind of money at UNIF. I absolutely love the style of the clothing they make, shoes included. I purchased the black Dada boots and Excuse Platforms and within the first three months of wearing them, the vinyl part of the Dada boots begin to crack and peel and the Excuse Platforms' soles split in half. Unif was very kind to offer me a full refund for both of these items, but I am still bummed to receive an item I love so dearly that is such low quality. Stick to Doc Martens!

i ordered on monday and and my wednesday morning had my item (i live in the uk)
shipping is quite pricey but i think its worth it and the service was super quick and the tracking really easy!
the bam top i ordered was better than the photos and the faye bag is so cute!
the clothes are slightly on the higher side so i will have to save up to buy more things!

my cardigan fell apart within a span of 2-3 months :( it was like upwards of 70$ and super cute but after 2 months it was literally disintegrating

TERRIBLE QUALITY. If you're spending money for quality, don't expect any here. They must take no pride in their customer satisfaction.. it's really disappointing. I spent over $200 on three items, the Tish top, Faye bag and Affect pant. All of them made from china with very cheap materials. The Faye bag for example, $88!!!!! the fur, inside lining and zipper all feel like materials from a Walmart tote bag. The Tish top, i bought in white, $68!! and the material is so thin you can see straight through it. Thought if i'd be spending good money that maybe i would receive a good quality material, NOPE! Thanks unif.

I’ve ordered the gia slip ons and another pair of platforms because I can’t find shoes anywhere else as cute and stylish. However, these shoes are so cheaply made. I’ve worn both twice and the strap has came out from under the Gia slip on. Also the platform heel on the other pair began to detach from the rest of the shoe. I will never be ordering from unif again. I don’t mind paying for a good shoe but not if it falls apart after being worn once

They sent me two stained t-shirts which ruined the shirts ... so disappointed that they're just another low-quality cash-grab brand :(

Though it is a little pricey, I ordered 3 items on Friday with express shipping and it was immediately shipped out, and I received everything on the Tuesday (actually a day earlier than expected! which was great in my opinion, the earlier the better). In terms of the quality of clothing, I was really impressed as everything came exactly as advertised and the material of the clothing itself was above my expectations. My only criticism overall was in terms of the sizing, because although everything fit me relatively well, I am quite a tall girl (5’10 though I’m roughly average weight) and I ordered an XL, so considering that is their largest size I would probably not recommend this brand for plus size girls, as well as some of the dresses for girls with a larger bust (shirts were fine, but the fit of dresses are definitely meant for women with a smaller bust), but hopefully in the future they release larger sizes! Overall really happy with my experience purchasing UNIF. Will be purchasing again in future!

Everything I ordered fell apart almost instantly, I bought 2 focal tops and both the sleeves frayed and split after being worn once, I bought the UNIF X jeans and I 4 huge holes have appeared symmetrical to each other so I know it's just poor quality and cheaply made. I loved unif until I eventually spent almost £500 on shipping (UK) and their products.

Overpriced / cheaply made / bad quality

this brand serves a bit of a mixed bag. their products being unique and fashionable, sustainably made, high prices, i’d just wish the quality was a little better for the price. i bought a gorgeous plaid dress but the quality is not too great. zip broke and the material is just very thin and not what you’d expect. i also got a lovely pair of the orange CLIFF shoes, beautiful quality, but had a problem with ordering the wrong size because when the site translates to UK, the price changes but not the size, just something to keep in mind while ordering. they were great, high quality and worth the price but i unfortunatly had to sell them on as it’d cost me way too much to send them back to LA but that’s not their fault

Always super nice. Customer service is fantastic, items are perfect. Shipping is extremely fast. LOVE this company!
