Everything I've purchased from UNIF has been expensive, but has literally fallen apart or not even been able to wear it once because of poor fit issues!

I was inspired to write this review after a $40 t-shirt literally fell apart in my hands like tissue paper after washing it once!

Unified janitorial experience as an employee was the worst dealership.Is destructive disrespects employees?The worst working environment ever.
No wonder they are always hiring because they are very rude a steal from one another my first night, someone stole my Brand new hoodie , driving the shuttle.Also, the trainers were very nonprofessional.The worst.

Customer service is horrible. This business just feels like one giant scam. Don't bother giving them your money.

Despite the expensive shipping, they dont care if your package gets lost. I had to chase up couriers for several weeks and get a refund through my bank despite being told this is what the supplier should be doing.

I wish i’d checked the trustpilot reviews before buying from this shop because they are the worst. I ordered a dress and paid £102 in total (£75 for the dress, £10 shipping, £17 tax). It’s a huge price tag for a simple dress but I spent months looking for something similar at a lower price with no luck. It finally arrived and the fit was… strange. It made me look frumpy and shapeless, looking completely different to the image on the website where it looks fitted. Their return window is only five days so I immediately started a return on their website but then they tried to charge me £46 for shipping with a £9 refund fee. There is no way shipping would randomly jump from £10 to £46 in a short time so when I emailed them about it, I got no response at all so I had to resort to commenting on their instagram page. They gave me their whole “we’re a small business!!” bs and told me to email them, so I emailed them again and, surprise surprise, I got no response again. I repeatedly commented on their insta but instead of acknowledging me and providing bare minimum customer service, they have continued to ignore me and have even hidden my comments. Whoever runs this business is selfish, malicious, and doesn’t care about anything except getting as much money as possible from people. Their products are mediocre with a stupidly massive price tag and I wish more people knew just how horrendous this shop is. DO NOT BUY

Comical… I was super excited to receive my tee but when i opened the package, I was very disappointed. The item i received isn’t even an off-black color, it’s freaking gray. I ordered an XL for a oversized fit but it fits like a women’s L. Also, I highly doubt the fabric is 100% cotton; it’s too stretchy… Lastly, the front AND back graphics are so faded that you can barely tell what they are.

I used to love UNIF, but haven’t ordered from them in some years. I ignored the reviews saying their quality has gone downhill but I should’ve listened. The quality of the tee is of something similar from Aliexpress.

I usually don’t leave 1-star reviews but this is ridiculous… Do better UNIF.

I ordered a couple of what looked cute boots from Unif website and the day I received them I wanted to return or exchange for something else right away because they were too big and bulky and unattractive and had a very strong chemical smell.
Off course they make it very difficult to return or exchange and give you a window of 5 days to do it. Bottom line I'm struck with $230 super ugly stinky boots. I'll never order from them again.

Wouldn’t recommend ordering from this company. I paid 10£ for the delivery and the parcel has never reached me. I sent numerous messages to their customer support yet they were not replying or trying to resolve the situation AT ALL. Please avoid this company.

I bought from UNIF a few years ago and haven’t since. Since I didn’t plan to buy from them anymore, I just wanted my account deleted. I emailed them and never received a response even 3 months later. I also called the customer service number provided on the website numerous times, and every time I did, I was told by a robot that all agents were helping other customers. I don’t think the number even works. To get a response, I emailed them again, only this time I inquired about shipping to a different country since that was a topic on their FAQ page. I got a response from them within two hours, and it was even before their business hours. After I got a response, I replied sharing my true intentions which was to delete my account, and again, silence.

Never ever buy here!!!
In January I bought the Parker boots, I used them almost 5 times and broken in the heel area, I send an email, they ask me for photos and never get any response back!
Be careful buying here, I’m so disappointed about this, these pair are too expensive for the quality they offer, I will never buy here again, the worst materials, quality and an awful custom service:(

I received Chute dress today. On the pictures it looked amazing but in reality the material is so bad and cheap looking.
Like my last review about their Brat shoes, this one is the same. I actually threw expensive Brat shoes away in the trash because I couldn't get the chemical smell out. I'm totally convinced now that all of their clothes is terrible quality and this is unfortunately and definitely my last order from UNIF. Too bad because when this company started, everything was amazing and lasted for a long time.

Terrible customer service, almost impossible to get a hold of and when I finally got an email response it was rude and unhelpful. Return policy on website says you will be refunded within 2-3 business days when return package is received. It's now been almost a week and I still have not received my refund. Will not be purchasing from them again. There are plenty of other small businesses that can process returns in the time they say they will without being rude.

Terrible company. Bought a dress from them online and it was very oddly proportioned and didn’t fit. Went to go return it and the item was apparently “final sale” and I couldn’t return it. Didn’t see anything about this on their website when I bought it. Don’t buy from them!

i'm based in germany, originally from the states. never had any issues when i bought from them domestically. but when i ordered some pieces since living in germany, somehow DHL messed up and the order was never delivered to me despite getting notifications that they were delivered to a DHL shop. not sure if it had to do with customs or not. my order was automatically returned and I contacted UNIF for a refund back in July. They said they'd update me as the returns could be delayed. Haven't received any updates since August nor have I received my refund. I even paid extra for the "package protection" which did absolutely nothing in my case. Used to love this brand so much but I can't afford to lose money like this again :(

I ordered a pair of boots on which the leather got torn when I tried them on the first time. I wrote them an email about it, asking for store credit since I wanted to buy them again, and they offered to send a replacement pair, completely free of charge and without me having to send back the torn pair. There was a little mistake in the sizing for the replacement pair but I immediately sent an email when I saw it and they swiftly corrected it. Their customer service was very friendly and accommodating, my experience with them was 100% positive and I would definitely recommend shopping with them

I hate to write this review, but something at Unif needs to change. I have a dress i bought secondhand from Unif that is good quality and i LOVE. I Also have a tee shirt which i love. But everything else I've boughten from them is equal in quality to clothes from forever 21.

I bought shoes from them for around $150 and the quality was on par with aliexpress, the glue was visible and sticky on a very light rubber sole, and the leather was EXTREMLY thin and squeaked like rubber when I walked. Returned those.

Despite this the very first shoes I ever bought from them, the des shoes were great quality and beautiful. Unfortunately also wildly uncomfortable and strange to walk in, so they had to be returned, but the quality of them was still evident. (i'm very used to platforms and heels so idk, which I also have to add because i'm not sure if it was the shoes or me.)

What triggered me to write this review is recently I bought the whirl sweater and what I received actually made me feel embarrassed, like I had been scammed out of money. It seriously felt like I could have gotten it from forever 21, it was thin and cheap compared to what the pictures on their website showed. It cost me $98. From such a popular brand with SUCH high prices.. you are NOT getting what you are paying for at least 70% of the time.

Also does anybody remember back in 2016 when their bio said something like if you can't afford us don't shop here? something snarky like that..? This store is so hit or miss, but every time i've received a poor quality item from them I just remember that. That sounds sooo dramatic but it's true! I can't attest to their quality then because I was quite young and couldn't afford them but just felt the need to add lol.......
Yeah I love their designs, and I really really want to buy more of their stuff and I would pay the price..IF they were good quality. I cannot justify shopping here just to get a good item every once in a while and otherwise need to pay shipping back for returns. It sucks.
If anything i'm only going to buy secondhand because as least from real photos you can tell the true quality of the item, and if out really want something here I do recommend to find photos not from their instragram or their website but from secondhand sites and other unbiased sources so you can make a better informed decision about the money you are about to spend <3

Don't order!! I bought a pair of shoes from them but they were too small even though I checked my feet size using their size chart. They ignored me when I asked for a refund after the shoes had been returned to them and I even provided tracking for the return.

I had my eye on a couple of items and got a discount code so I excitedly ordered. The top I ordered was massive on the shoulders but tight on the bust, also completely see through at £100. The cardigan was so horribly itchy I couldn't even wear it with long sleeves.

As for returns, expect to spend a lot of money. This is my fault because I didn't read the returns section properly but having to pay over £20 for returns is awful, not to mention that you have to organise it all yourself so the worry of customs etc is always present.

UPDATE: My items were received but they refunded me via gift card rather than an actual refund. When asked, they said this was because I used a discount code they sent me to pay for the items. In the returns policy section it only mentions sale items being refundable to a gift card so keep in mind if you're using a discount code, the same will happen to you.
