I recently ordered a set from Unndr…

I recently ordered a set from Unndr when it came there was a slight tear in the bra . I emailed to have it replaced or refunded, within a day I got an email back apologising and said they were more than happy to replace the bra.
Could not be happier to with the customer service.

Fabulous services through and through.

Awful Customer Service - Multiple Emails Ignored

UPDATE: still being ignored via email!

As can be read in my below review, I had a negative experience shopping at Unndr, had questions about their returns policy, but was ignored when emailing them. I consequently left a bad review after my email was ignored for over a week. Unndr was quick to reply to my 1 star review (replied within hours) but still no reply to my email?? They then told me that I hadn't emailed them - which was not the case. I proved this with screenshots in my second email, but this has also been ignored.
Unndr only reply to reviews to make the company seem like they care, but there is zero attempt to resolve the issues being complained about. There is absolutely no point in telling unsatisfied customers to email the company when complaints will never be read or responded to.

I ordered a set using the Unndr size guide, as they said that 98% of customers who use the size guide fit into their underwear perfectly. The set arrives and I try the bra on over a t-shirt and it clearly doesn't fit.
I have a look at the returns policy and am left confused - they say that items cannot be returned once the hygiene seal has been removed - there was no such thing on my underwear?? - this left me with more concerns over wether or not the underwear has been worn before.
I have tried to email Unndr about this and have been completely ignored. I would like to swap the bra for a different size as it has only been tried on over clothes but they are ignoring my emails.

The team has looked into this carefully following your Trustpilot update. After receiving your name and order number, they were unable to find any record of email contact from you, and no messages from your email address have been received by customer support. All customer enquiries are logged and responded to, and recent reviews reflect the team’s usual response times.

Regarding sizing, fit can vary from person to person, and while the size guide is designed to be as accurate as possible, it cannot guarantee a perfect fit in every case. The team is always happy to assist with size exchanges when contacted directly.

For clarity, all Unndr underwear is brand new and unworn. Hygiene protection is applied where relevant, and items are never resold once returned.

The team would still be happy to help resolve this matter, they kindly ask that you contact customer service directly at hey@unndr.com so they can assist you appropriately.

The customer service is really great

The customer service is really great. I had a bit of an issue with my order, because only a part of it arrived, but they replied to my message very quickly and got it all sorted out for me.
The whole interaction was very pleasant, they were really kind and the issue got resolved quickly.

Bad experience fixed

Thought I'd been double charged for one order with no update.

I emailed Unndr about my order, having been charged for the Jan and Feb mystery box subscriptions but I haven't actually received the order yet, and I was worried it'd been missed.

I received an email back quickly where they explained that I simply was a bit too quick and that my order was due to be shipped this week, the third week of the month, and that they totally understood where I was coming from and personally offered to send me a tracking link once available.

Super excited to receive my order and hoping this was the only, paranoia induced, issue and that there of course are no issues☺️

I love this company so so much

I love this company so so much, sets are stunning every month! Quality is great, if there are any issues been great at helping for example had issues with delivery. They are super helpful and kind. Great customers service!

I bought from unndr as a Christmas gift for my wife but ordered s the wrong size. I contacted them to rectify and they were able to offer me an exchange to an alternative product as the one I bought wasn't available in the size I needed. Their customer service was very helpful and professional and I will buy from them again:)

Scam, fake reviews ‼️

After 5 months from order date I managed to get my money back through my bank. I disputed my order, because I didn’t get eanything and at last my bank returned my money 121,85€. Its a scam site that has a lot of fake reviews. Read about this site online, they take your money and they steal your data, be carefull.

Thank you for your review. We would like to clarify the situation with factual information.

The order was placed on 5 August 2025. Following your enquiry, we advised on 30 September 2025 that the parcel was being held by Lithuanian customs. As explained at that time, we are unable to cancel or refund an order while it is still in customs control.

We also informed you that you would be contacted by customs and that, should you wish not to receive the parcel, you could decline delivery. Once a return to us was confirmed, a refund (minus outbound shipping costs) would be issued. We did not receive any further response after this communication via email.

A chargeback was opened with your bank on 14 November 2025, before the tracking updated to “returned to sender” on 18 November 2025. Once a chargeback is initiated, the case is handled exclusively by the bank and can take up to 90 days to conclude. We are unable to intervene during this process.

The bank ultimately confirmed the return and issued a full refund.

We would like to clarify that we are a legitimate business. We do not steal customer data, do not post fake reviews, and did not intentionally delay this order. The timeline was affected by customs processing and the early initiation of a chargeback.

We remain committed to transparent communication and fair resolution of all customer concerns.

Disappointing Communication

The underwear itself is great, but the customer service is terrible. I sent two emails with no response, then had to message them on WhatsApp and Instagram just to get a short reply. After that, they stopped responding again and my issue still wasn’t solved. Very frustrating experience.

We’d like to clarify the communication timeline. You first contacted us on 12 December 2025, and we replied within the hour by email with the tracking link you requested. We did not receive a reply to that email in our inbox.

You later contacted us via social media DMs. While DMs are not our primary customer service channel (particularly outside working hours), we responded to confirm that you had not been ignored and shared a screenshot of our earlier email reply. We sincerely apologised for the confusion and re-established communication via email, where correspondence has been consistent since. We have also been investigating the screenshot of your email, too.

Regarding the customs charges, a refund has been successfully reprocessed after a temporary payment processing issue on our side and is currently pending completion by the bank. You will be notified once this comes through.

We understand how frustrating communication issues can be and regret the inconvenience this caused. We’re always happy to help and encourage customers to contact us via email, which allows us to resolve matters as quickly and efficiently as possible.

I can not recommend enough

I can not recommend enough! I had a problem with how i washed my set and when i contacted unndr they replied so fast and sent me out a new set, i bought the original set 2-3 months ago!
