Also scammed by Unsold.com. I don't believe it was Covid that bankrupted them - they started selling during Covid with time lengths before redeeming the voucher so that people could travel after Covid.

Is there a class action lawsuit ? We got scammed as well. They never reimbursed our vacation. Curious if there is a class action lawsuit on the owners of the company.

Had a reservation in Greece, hotel never confirmed my reservation for Aug 2021. I contacted Unsold which called me back saying they will get a confirmation number for me from the respective hotel. Received the confirmation number which was never confirmed by the hotel. When I contacted Unsold and informed them I want my money back, the very next days I received an e-mail that they are out of business. I filled in the refund form on their site, nobody ever contacted on their behalf. The amount paid was never refunded and i have little hope it will happen. It’s a big SCAM!!!

I'm another to be screwed by these cowboys. Has anyone else gotten refunded recently?

the law should be for everyone the same they should been covered by insurance like travel agents and people like us get caught this way .....my experience is to everyone don't trust nothing anymore, don't buy nothing on line.... touch things then buy

Bought a Gold Coast Queensland Australia unsold saver deal in 2020 and is yet to redeem the offer. I log into their website to check what is available before the offer expired in 2023. That's when I found out that they went out of business, they NEVER notified me. I feel we were scammed and now they want to use the pandemic as the reason for having to shut down. HOW PATHETIC. I completed the restitution form to get the refund of my hard-earned money whenever that will be.

I BOOKED A HOTEL in january and just found out the site is out of business, my booking is canceled, the visa premier people tell me there is no coverage of the cancellation of the trip I filed the link claiming for a refund but have little hopes

What a scam!!!!!! I wasn’t even notified that they closed business let alone refunding!! I came to book my hotel only to find them gone with my money in their pokets!!!

In Apr 2021, we purchased a room for two for 3 days in Philadelphia for $298. Our plan was to visit my 80 year old mother-in-law. Once we tried to schedule the room, we find out the company is closed down. I feel we were scammed and now they want to use the pandemic as the reason for having to shut down. I want a refund now!

sCAM fREAKS! Knew it was too good to be true! I booked The Paramount NYC through this SCAM last April! Found out that hoted has been closed since March 2020!!!!!

This is a scam organization - selling during the pandemic and then blaming the pandemic for their troubles. My trip was supposed to be good for 24 months, so we couldn't use it for Quebec, Canada till the border opened, when it did, I saw they went out of business - they NEVER notified me, and its too late to get a refund from my credit card company - I wish I could give negative stars

This POS outfit has $1300 of my hard-earned money. I do NOT trust or believe them at all when they say they are trying to refund people in the order requests are received. I think that is a delaying tactic at best. I have filed a complaint and refund request with the BBB, and my credit card companies have opened disputes with the charges. POS operation.

We booked a trip to New York for August 23, 2021 to August 28 and unsold cancelled our reservation without notifying us. We went to their website and they're down due to covid. I have submitted for a refund and they have not refunded my money or replied. Does anyone have a contact for them.

I paid for a Santorini holiday £262 in January 2021, only to receive notification that the company has ceised operations. How do I get my money back, used debit card to pay I suppose that is it, money gone and am so angry. Any idea how I can get my money back I just want my money.
