Good quality sunglasses at a great price. Couldn’t deliver from UK so took longer than expected. Customer service and communication was good.

I'm not really someone to leave reviews…
I'm not really someone to leave reviews however I would like to give this company a 5 star due to customer service and the way they handle things. Long story short I purchased some Gucci sunglasses and when they arrived I noticed the case was faulty I contacted them at 6:30pm by 7pm they had replied offering a replacement case and immediate shipping.
Thankyou for resolving the issue and I will most definitely be returning in a few months when I loose this pair 😂

Bought an original pair of Gucci sunglasses from this company. It was 30% cheaper than the price at Manchester airport. They went out of their way to get the delivery on time and were very responsive with my queries. Will definitely recommend and use again.

I ordered two pairs of Prada sunglasses (PRA51S and PRA57S Polarised) and I’m very satisfied. The products are original, well‑packaged, and exactly as described.
The delivery was fast and safe, each parcel having its own Royal Mail tracking number. Communication was clear, with updates at every step.
I recommend Urban Sunglasses for their reliability and product quality.🫶😊

Counterfeit sunglasses
I bought some Gucci sunglasses from Urban sunglasses because they were a slightly better offer than elsewhere and had a quick delivery time. However, when they arrived they turned out to be fake. They are quite good fakes, it is not obvious at all, however I have a good idea of what to look out for and had already tried the sunglasses on in the store so I knew how they were supposed to fit. Luckily I got my money back, but having seen reviews on here with similar experiences, I worry that this is intentional, fraudulent behaviour.
The glasses were still £170, so not cheap at all, and I ended up getting real ones for £200. So definitely not worth the risk, would avoid and go elsewhere.

Hi Dear Anne,
We’re very sorry for the experience you had, and we completely understand your concerns.
All sunglasses sold on our website are sourced from authorised sellers, and we guarantee that they are 100% authentic. However, in very rare cases, issues such as packaging differences, manufacturing faults, or mix-ups involving returned items can unfortunately occur.
We only wish you had shared the issue you noticed with us directly, as we could have investigated it much more quickly. We take these kinds of complaints extremely seriously and would never knowingly sell counterfeit products. We have already arranged a return and full refund for your order.
We sincerely apologise for the inconvenience caused. If you contact us directly and explain your concerns about the product, it may be much easier for us to investigate the issue properly and help resolve the situation.
Warmest regards,
Urban Sunglasses Team
