I ordered $166.00 in product a week…

I ordered $166.00 in product a week ago. The order still shows as pending shipping and the money cleared at the time of the order. I have written them requesting the order and no response.
This is an order for a pageant and the order needed to be here or on the way.
Suspect a scam site.

SCAM - don't do it

The pictures inferred I was ordering a 2 piece outfit - no - only one pair of leggings for over $100 AU??? Whaaaaat?? and now - of course - you guessed it, the 2nd part - the VITAL part - the dress is "no longer available", so I'm stuck with a pair of overpriced leggings that I haven't even received yet and no dress that completes the outfit.
Dealing them has been nothing short of mind numbing - they refuse to answer direct questions - I strongly think I'm 'talking' to a bot...
If in doubt DON'T!!!!

Upon inspection, I found that what you ordered was indeed the leggings of the set. You can verify it via the product title. However, I understand the mess the picture might cause. your feedback has been documented and shared with the corresponding team to verify and make progress. 

Additionally, because the legging has not been shipped, you can cancel it before shipping. As requested, we have canceled the legging and started refunding you the money. It may take between 1 and 5 business days for the refund to return to your paying account.

Poor and bad quality

Poor and bad quality. Absolutely don’t looks like on the pictures. On the pictures, there are embroided shirts and you get printed, bad prints, ugly.
They don’t even pay for returns.
SCAMMERS this is what they are. Everything is strategy to make money on customers backs.

Poor quality goods and service

This company sent me dresses that were the same colour but completely different material and poor quality. They sent the last item just before PayPal escalation date which meant I couldn't get my money back and get a refund. Avoid shopping with them the quality is very poor

Not impressed

Not impressed. Nothing fits as it is supposed to even after doing measurements. I emailed to return my products as I have no need if they do not fit and they said I have to pay for return and will only get a position back. I spent over $250” US if it was $50 I would not care. I will not be ordering again and if this does not get resolved I will be disputing through my credit card company.

Great design

Great design, perfect fit! These Wide Leg Pants surpassed expectations. Highly recommend. The fit is flattering and the material is of high quality. They also bring a modern twist to any outfit. They offer a superb design. These pants are comfortable for all-day wear. The Wide Leg Pants are an excellent purchase. The color stays true even after multiple washes.

Cheap knockoff type of material

I bought three things totaling $100 USD. The items looked like knit and embroidered fabric. The photos are absolutely not representative of what they mail. What I received looked like a screen printing of what was in the photos. The fabric was cheap. Photo of the kimono jacket looked like a sheer draping style. What was mailed was a white backed screen printed fabric, the images were blurry like they blew up images of flowers. There were no tags. when I contacted customer service they asked for photos. It was frustrating and I'm afraid I was taken advantage of.

False advertising

False advertising. The items described as embroidered cotton are poorly printed polyester. The sizes are also not correct. I am very disappointed. I can get much better quality on Shien for a lot less. I want a refund!

The item sent is a much cheaper version of the one pictured

The item they sent is similar to the photograph ,but a much cheaper looking version.
In the picture it looks layered and has some nice detail,but the actual garment is cheap and nasty.
Don't waste your time with this company,so disappointing.I have reached out to customer service and they want me to pay to send it back.

Placed an order 6/6/2024 asked for a…

Placed an order 6/6/2024 asked for a black dress, when the order was placed the dress was white. Tried to email them with my order number to correct before shipment. I have sent 5 emails with no answer, but I have received10 advertisements for their company. To bad they don't show the same interest in customer service. I should have listened to all the other reviews. I am posting this here to see if I can get them to answer me this way. It seems that the only way to get customer service out of this company is to give them a bad review. Well I got an email today 6/8/24 saying the order has shipped and several more advertisements. STAY FAR FAR AWAY FROM THIS RIPOFF business.

Finally received my order 6-22-2024 placed on 6-6-24. You have to take this into account when doing business with China. We emailed back and forth with support and they gave me my money back on the white dress. Too bad it is a nice dress and would have loved to have the color I ordered, white doesn't do me any favors. It seems to be made well, I just wonder what it's made of, they don't want to tell you that I guess. I'm glad that they made good on the wrong dress. Be very careful when doing business with this company.

Please accept my heartfelt apology for any frustration you might experience. Upon inspection, I found that the color black of the item is only one of the choices for colors. The default color of this item is white. I think it might be because you didn't notice that customers need to select the color in the color column and order the dress directly so the final color of your order was white. 


Regarding the reply timeframe and the ads emails, the emails are sent by different departments. They are independent from each other. Our support team, being a little shorthanded recently, is working very hard to make responses to as many customers as possible. Poor quality and customer service

Poor quality, deceptive photographs to make the item look better than reality. Customer service is horrible. They promise 30 day refund policy but act as though you haven't already sent it. DO NOT RECOMMEND. I will never use them again.
