Disappointing experience

Disappointing experience, avoid! I ordered a dress from Ursime and completely regret it. The dress advertised was not the dress I received. It should not have passed quality control, a low standard, poorly sewn and a cheap fabric. Certainly not worth the price paid or the trouble trying to raise a claim. Time and money wasted, deceiving photos showing beautiful dresses, but instead a poorly made imitation dress was received. It’s a shame I can’t attach the photos here.

I bought two items I bought a pair of pants that was supposed to be smalls they were huge plus they sent me another pair that I'll never wear tried to return them and they just keep sending them back

I tried returning two things which was both way big but they keep coming back NEVER AGAIN AND WILL TELL ALL MY FRIENDS AND FAMILY NOT TO ORDER FROM HERR

Ursime has the worst return policy

Ursime has the worst return policy I have ever encountered. I purchase almost everything online. I will never shop with them again.

Dint buy from this site

This was the worst online shopping experience I’ve ever had. First, it took a very long time for me to receive my item. When it finally arrived, it was nothing like I expected. I thought I was getting denim jeans that looked like the picture, but instead, I received some kind of stretchy, legging material with patches on it. It's just fabric sewn into the shape of pants. If I could, I would rate this a zero.

Plus jamais !!!!!!

Lorsque j'ai commandé de m'attendais vu le prix et les photos à des articles top et bien lorsque j'ai reçu ma commande je ne savais pas si je devais rire ou pleurer vêtement de très mauvaise qualités affreux rien à voir avec les photos mais j'ai tout de même dépenser près de 150 euros pour des loques inmettables je suis en colère et déçue j'ai voulu envoyer un email à l'adresse indiquée le courrier mes revenus inconnu ????? Belle arnaque qui s'attaque aux personnes naive 😪😪😪😪

Dear Karen,

I found that previously you received a scarf (gift for orders over a certain amount) and misunderstood that you received the wrong item. After that, you requested a cancellation and refund of your order. We have canceled them and the refund (147.97 USD) has completely been issued. Please know that it was split into 3 partial refunds due to different kinds of operations. 

1) 45.78 USD was refunded on April 11. It was from the cancellation of a pair of jeans that were out of stock. 

2) 83.39 USD was refunded on May 8. It was from the cancellation of the rest 2 items. 

3) 18.8 USD was refunded on May 10th. It was the money of yet refund. 

I have attached the screenshot of the refund in the latest email I sent you via complaint@ursime.com for your verification. If you only saw the 83.39 USD refund, I suggest you check the transaction history on the dates to have a further look into the refunds. If it didn't work out, you can contact your financial institution to investigate the matter.

Where's my receipt? Confimation? Tracking number?

I ordered on June 14th and still received no receipt or confirmation or tracking. This is an inconvenience because I cannot give an order number, But i have my bank statement. I read the reviews and am a fair person but having no receipt, confirmation and tracking number is not right. I sent an email with the last four numbers of the card I used. It has been a week and without a receipt or tracking number makes me uncomfortable perhaps a full refund is in order.

Returns to Alterations

I love the style of your clothing. Your return policy could be improved by giving a shipping label to return something. Your size chart said that if your measurements were an in-between size range to size up. So I sized up on the skirt I ordered. I love the skirt, but it is too big. Instead of paying shipping to return and then reorder a smaller size, I have to use that money to pay a seamstress to alter it for me because the fabric pattern is directional and it has a side zipper. Otherwise, I could take it in myself if it had a back zipper.

Most Items are of good quality

I ordered several items from Ursime - while a couple of them were not the best fabric choices, the majority were well made and very pretty (in particular the denim). I unfortunately had to return due to sizing issues but it is my own fault - I am tall but my waist is usually smaller then the size I order for the length (this is typical for a lot of brands). I will try to reorder those in different sizes and see what works best. Customer Service worked with me.

There were mixed up in tracking…

There were mixed up in tracking software as it tells me are pick up and out on delivery, but I have not received yet.
I’ve contacted Ursime, they took care of the issue, I got my products before time was allocated.

I love the website and the mock up…

I love the website and the mock up pictures you provide. Unfortunately the quality of the item I purchased was not up to standard and the item did not reflect a true likeness to that pictured. Your customer service has been wonderful. Top marks there.

I would give no stars if possible

I would give no stars if possible. DO NOT ORDER from this company. The products are not what you order, they just send you random junk that looks nothing like the online photos. And then they do not want to refund your money, even when they are in the wrong!!!!! Save your money.

Just don’t!

I ordered my jeans over two weeks ago. They still haven’t shipped and when I emailed them they said it could be four more weeks! I asked for a refund because they were for a special event (that I allowed a month to get them) and received no email back.
