Unhappy Customer!

The product was the wrong size and I couldn’t exchange it for the next size up. I had to return it. I chose a store credit for the return but haven’t received it and my emails to your company go unanswered. Also, nobody answers the phone- ever!

best jeans i own, perfect rise + perfect fit in general, super hard to find jeans that fit right length-wise as a 5’3 girl but the 30” ones are absolutely perfect.

I still haven’t gotten my package

I still haven’t gotten my package. I sent an email with the correct delivery address and asked if it could be resent to that address. The problem was, I added my old address which had a different street name. I sent an email explaining the problem and asked if it could be mailed to the correct address, but I still haven’t heard back yet. I would love to hear back if this is possible.

I got sent the wrong order

I got sent the wrong order, didn’t receive the multiple bikinis I ordered instead got someone else’s package. Got charged $60 in duty fees for a package that’s not mine. Now no one is helping me find my package or resolve this issue

Not worth it?

The jeans have a strong vinegar smell as soon as you open them, the quality isn’t worth the price tag. And definitely not curvy friendly if you have a smaller waist and a thicker bottom, it’s tight at the thigh area!!

Hole in the dress

The dress is beautiful, but unfortunately when I received it, I noticed there was a hole in the back. It looked like someone had tried to repair or hide the hole by sewing it, but the stitching created a noticeable bulge in the fabric when the dress was worn. That's how I discovered the hole.

Since I needed the dress the very next day, I fixed the issue myself and re-sewed the hole as discreetly as possible. However, I am disappointed that a brand-new dress arrived with a hole in it.
