Hate how you canceled a delayed item without asking. I was going to wait as long as it took. Plus you just shipped my other item without asking if I still wanted it

Hi Sam,
Thank you for reaching out regarding your preorder.
After reviewing your order, I can confirm that it included the The Legend of Heroes: Trails to Azure PLAMATEA Arianrhod Model Kit. Unfortunately, our distributor notified us that they would be unable to fulfill the units allocated to us for this item.
Rather than leave you waiting indefinitely for an item we can no longer guarantee, we made the decision to cancel the item and issue you a full refund.
A follow-up email was also sent to let you know that any remaining items in your order that were available and successfully allocated would continue through the fulfillment process as normal. If you did not receive this email, I would recommend checking your spam to see if your email provided may have inappropriately filtered it.
If you have since changed your mind and no longer wish to receive the remaining item, we kindly ask that you respond to that email to notify our customer support team so we can assist you further as you receive it.
We apologize for the inconvenience and appreciate your understanding.
Great Selection & Quick Shipping

The YR-05 Nether Emperor from SNAA was a massive box and is phenomenal quality.
