I'm a relatively new customer, but regardless of what I have bought, whether it be a box of accessories, or a full kit, they treat the packaging with utmost care. Their selection is great, and their sales are fantastic. I plan on buying from them for the foreseeable future for my model kit needs.

Fantastic customer service. Had a piece missing from a kit and emailed about a replacement, was responded to within the hour. They got my part shipped to me the very next day.

My order arrived very well packaged and in timely fashion. Being an SMS subscriber has an advantage, they frequently run flash sales that I take advantage of. They also communicate very well if you need assistance with an order.

Well packing and fast delivery, items arrived without damage. Will buy again.

Quick delivery, and consolidated the boxes on separate order.

good price with discount and safe/fast shipping

What helped to make the experience great was that the colors I wanted were in stock! The order was carefully packaged, you could tell that it wasn't just "just thrown". It left the USAgundamstore, I was noted that the order was on the way. That's the way good business is run people!! Thanks to everyone at the USAgundamstore, thank you!!

This is a great shop local to Florida with great selection. I order from them and visit the store when I’m in the area. My last order was exemplary, packed well and shipped as soon as possible. Just like most e-commerce stores, be aware that if you mix pre orders and in stock items, or pre orders with different release dates: they won’t ship your order until the whole thing is in stock.

Timely, quick to answer. Had a pre-order pending from 2 years ago. Problem iem was canceled and I was offered store credit for it while the rest of the order was shipped and arrived promptly and with out issue

Awesome delivery and package was treated with care. I also enjoyed the stickers.

Pricing great for items that are difficult to find

Really fast shipping and good communication. Flash sale got me a good price on my new airbrush, always a plus.

Awesome communication skills, and customer service! Great offers, and amazing product catalogue!
