USA Gundam has absolutely been the best shop I've ordered from so far. Any questions I've had were answered in a very prompt manner and not just a short dismissive response, but actually answered the question and give more details about them. I cannot recommend them enough.

Had pre-order 2 items and were set to be released the same time one had been delayed and the other was is stock. They replayed vary quickly and sent me the 1 item that was in-stock for no extra charge sence the other item was delayed. Had a vary good experience will definitely be ordering more items soon.

Great selection of Gundams, very informative, and they keep you up to date on new arrivals, out of stock items, and just all around awesome customer service. Great company…never leave we need you lol.

Well gosh darn it, I've grown quite whearay of third party kits. I got this one based solely off looks and body mass alone. Very good kit, everything was smooth and didn't have any issues. Only reason its not a 5 star man is because the plastic quality is a little low.

Nicely wrapped paint bottles so as to not get damaged in transit.

I've been ordering from USA Gundam store on and off for a while now, and they've always been extremely reliable for me. I've had no problems with the delivery service, even after they switched to Amazon shipping. I don't place MASSIVE orders or super expensive purchases, so personally speaking I don't have any issue with the prices either. I've enjoyed the little stickers that come included with the purchases, it's always a nice touch.

Not sure what's going on, but amazon shipping...sucks...I am no longer a prime member because I got tired of paying for a service that I never received with the faster shipping. I have an order right now that is still sitting in Florida that I should have received on Friday last week, Oct 2, and its Oct 5...granted that is only a few days but that is a few days that I should have already received it after I ordered it on September 20th...I love the site, the variety and the in-stocks, the sales, i follow zakurelius on YouTube and Facebook and love his videos, just don't love that you guys are using Amazon shipping 😔 issues love the site and hopefully won't have issues in the future, but for now I am very disappointed.

Bought the metal structure Nu gundam, spent over $1300 on the order but couldn’t double box the order or offer it, package came beat up.

Was packed great! Shipping was fine per usual. My ONLY complaint is...I didn't get a sticker for this month like I thought I might have like before, so I could add it to the collection from USAGS. Thats my only complaint. Other than that, the model turned out perfect!
