Dispatched very quickly and received tracking info too. Had an issue with an item and customer support sorted it very promptly and issued a generous partial refund. Have had bad experiences with other vape companies over the years so was this was a welcome change. Many thanks.

They claim to have a new customer offer and yet just because products are already in a sale, they won't give you the new customer discount that they are still advertising on their site despite the sale. A new customer surely is a new customer? So, being a first-time customer has no benefit. MISLEADING.

We offer a discount for first time customers that sign up to our mailing list, but this isn't valid on sale items, as these are already reduced to the lowest competitive price. The first timer deal was still advertised, as not all items were on sale. We appreciate the feedback and will make this clearer on our website in the future.
