I ordered the Herbfit Relax Fyhit with some accessories and next day delivery. I can’t fault the product which is the best vape I have used and an incredible price for the quality. Seriously don’t go for one of the pricey ones they are no better than this one. I did have an issue with the delivery which took 6 days (over a weekend), however when I contacted them they immediately refunded the postage cost and apologised, so I believe it was a genuine mistake and they displayed excellent customer service skills while doing what they could for me.

Would definitely recommend, fantastic customer service. Responded to my query straight away and sorted issue with broken part immediately.

Top communication. Email on confirmation and despatch and a follow up. Big plus is UK stock holding NOT a UK website but then shipped from Europe with possible import tax etc

Slight manufacturing defect with the grinder on delivery but a very quick response to email and then sent a replacement straight out. Will definitely be using again when buying a new firefly.. top marks.

Easy purchase, no issues and a great price! Seemed the most trustworthy of all sites I visited to get a crafy+ (most of the others were not trustworthy at all). Delivery was fairly quick and came as expected with no damage or problems. Plenty of helpful guides on their site as well, will be returning as a customer for sure.
