5 x 1:2 seizoenenhelmen besteld. Deze retour verzonden en volgens de track en trace aangenomen. Twee weken verder en nog geen terugbetaling ontvangen. Klantenservice meerdere keren gemailed maar krijg weinig reactie. Alleen dat het pakketje dan waarschijnlijk nog verwerkt moet worden. Vind ik vreemd na 2 weken. Ze gaan niet proactief achter problemen aan en ben bang dat ik naar mijn hard verdiende geld kan fluiten.

Verstappen shop Is a disgrace I have purchased around 15 model cars on pre order which not all are due yet but still waiting for Mexico winner due Q4 2022 and imola,Barcelona and Canada due Q1 2023 also we are in to the second quarter of the year when Hungary spa and zandvoort are due what is going on 👎👎

Vorige week heb ik de nieuwe teamline polo besteld. Hierbij stond dat ik een gratis drivers cap zou krijgen. Zoals dat bij elk kledingstuk stond. Helaas de driverscap zat hier niet bij. Dus hier een mail over gestuurd. Bleek dat die drivers caper pas bij zit bij besteding van 100 euro aan teamline. Gezocht op de site en ergens onderaan stond een kleine tekst dat dit zo was. Weer een mail gestuurd dat ik dit misleidende reclame vind. Duurde best lang voor ik daar antwoord op had en ondertussen zag ik op de site dat er heel wat veranderd was. In plaats van gratis drivers cap stond er bij elk artikel teamline actie en kwam er op de home pagina direct naar voren dat je bij 100 euro die drivers cap krijgt. Daarna kreeg ik alsnog een mail dat deze actie duidelijk op de site vermeld staat.

Schlechter Kundenservice... Man war dort nicht in der Lage, mir nach einer Stornierung den kompletten Betrag zurückzuerstatten.

Enorm slechte kwaliteit kleding waar je een god vermogen voor moet betalen! 1x gedaan en nooit maar ook NOOIT weer.
1x pet was goed
1x pet was ontzettend groot
1x shirt was veelte groot lag open bij beide schouders, de naden waren niet recht.
1x hoodie die kon direct bij het afval...

Yet again let down by customer service, for the love of God save your money & buy the normal Minichamps release. The staff are rude & shockingly unhelpful when there's an issue with the purchase. Be aware if you buy from verstappen.com you will be charged for each model £44.00 in custom charges +VAT & handling fees I bought one 1/18 scale model & ended up with a bill of £101.17 in charges+ the cost of the model £140.00. I do feel that the Verstappen shop should send a pre-order amount before sending the item then you have the choice to carry on with the purchase or cancel the purchase. The shop is not helping customers & if you live in the UK you are not wanted at all. Just try & return something then you will see what lovely customer service people work for verstappen.com. It is the worst service ever, It is worst than SKY TV & I never fault I would be saying that. View what other buyers have been put through shocking reading these comments. From a 2 Time World Champion not what I expected but then again the comments Perez made at the end of the season are right on the money. well, the only course of action is to switch off F1 or support another team which I'm doing, my money will be spent on ASTON MARTIN F1. A team with class & know-how to treat their supporters right & their shop is UK based.

I am concerned about the treatment of customers at verstappen.com I am totally shocked to read the comment left by others on this site. Now, this puts me in a very difficult position as a Red Bull employee but I've heard some shocking treatment regarding the Verstappen online shop & the very poor customer service & even one case of a customer being caused so much stress that the person had seizures Customs issues with FedEx & the store kept sending items even when they asked to be canceled. I'm ashamed that I have read the comments about the effect this has had on the customer. I have reported a safeguarding report to the Verstappen website regarding the way the staff has caused someone to take their life. I never knew Red Bull & Max Verstappen could be so cruel & shown no customer skill in dealing with the issues. I'm back on Tuesday working & will be bringing this to senior management & how the Verstappen shop has caused such bad publicity that other companies would not get away with. If Max Verstappen has any empathy & remorse I think he owes a massive apology to his customers. I really hope that the press doesn't get to hear about these extremely bad issues otherwise this is going to cause him big problems for RED BULL RACING & his sponsors. As there is a big campaign in the U.K with Mental Health could the verstappen.com shop please explain how they're dealing with customers & with supporting the cause in not causing someone to feel they have no choice but to self-harm that's my question & I'm sure many other people across the world would like to know? Shocking behavior by employees extremely poor service & bad management should be suspended while an inquiry is taking place. I will also follow this up with Hineken00 as they're sponsoring Max & the Hellmit, Im sure they will not want their brand mixed up with the safeguarding episode.

Had Shekou ontdekt via Tiktok. Had een broek en een topje bestelt. Ik wachten. Is nooit meer binnen gekomen. Geld kwijt met ook nog 10 euro verzend kosten!!!

Ik heb hier een schaal helm besteld. DHL geeft aan dat dit is afgeleverd maar ik heb niets ontvangen. Ik wordt doorverwezen naar de verstappenshop. Werkelijk een waardeloze klantenservice. Vage mails. Geen telefoonnummer. Reactie pas na een week. Allemaal onder de naam Mariëlle verstuurd. Ik moest maar bewijzen dat ik het niet had ontvangen. Uiteindelijk kwam de buurman er gelukkig mee aan zetten. Zonde dat ze zo om gaan met het merk verstappen. Zonder het succes van Max was dit bedrijf allang ten onder.

UPDATE 29/03/2023 did another purchase, confirm the 5 stars, all perfect and very happy with the items! It also shipped even faster then last time, I mean bought on Monday (this time at morning, not afternoon) and received today, Wednesday! Obviously this will not be last purchase, I’m planning to already do another order, hoping I will be able to do it sooner then later, and it will not be the last. Very happy with the shop!

17/02/2023: Monday night (13/02) I purchased a t-shirt (2022 WDC) and some fan items, I got a Max’s photocard gift, nice! In 4 days from Netherlands to Italy it arrived. On the shops’ end all was perfect, the carrier though opened the box (I’m sure it happened here, you know… Italy), luckily I got the t-shirts, the wirstband, Max’s magazine and the photo card but not the car banner. It was the old one (33) so it was just 1,99, that’s unfortunate tho because I wanted it as much as I wanted the other things, but I’m very happy anyway. I’m sure it was opened because once in home I realized that it was opened, don’t know how to say how it looked, but could tell it by the scotch. On the other hand, if the courier took it it means he also was a fan of Max :)
I’ll happily purchased other items, the only thing to say to the shop, put more scotch on the box!

Serieus een petje voor de prijs van 52.50 verkopen inclusief verzendkosten ruikt naar oplichting.

Verstappenshop heeft 12 december toegegeven dat zij een niet deugdelijke product hebben geleverd. Helaas is een vervanging voor dit product uitgebleven. Daarnaast zijn de extra kosten die wij hebben gemaakt voor het retourneren van het artikel nooit vergoed ondanks zij dit per mail hebben bevestigd. Eindresultaat: geen product en ook nog extra kosten gemaakt. Hoe goed ze eerst waren, hoe slecht de shop en de kwaliteit tegenwoordig is. ‘Keep pushing’ heeft met deze actie dan ook echt afbreuk aan het merk gedaan.

Ik voel mij aardig opgelicht door deze shop!!
Wat ik nu toch heb meegemaakt, is gewoon totaal niet klantvriendelijk en vind het zelfs te schandalig voor woorden! Ik heb online kleding besteld tijdens de black friday weken. En helaas was 1 trui te klein (kerstcadeau) en ben die week speciaal naar Swalmen gereden om deze trui in de winkel om te ruilen. Echter hadden ze deze niet meer in een andere maat en de medewerker zei dat ik de trui kon achterlaten om vervolgens mijn geld terug te krijgen. Dit zal allemaal via de online shop geregeld worden. Na ruim een maand geen gehoor, heb ik gevraagd hoe het zit met de betaling.
Hier op kreeg ik als antwoord: "het was 2 halen 1 betalen en deze trui was dus gratis en je krijgt daarom niets terug."
Dit is toch te belachelijk voor woorden! Om te beginnen laten ze lange tijd niets weten en ten tweede als ze mij dit in de winkel hadden verteld, had ik de trui natuurlijk NOOIT terug gegeven en iemand anders hier blij mee gemaakt!
In mijn ogen hadden ze mij een andere trui moeten laten uitzoeken of de helft van het bedrag terug moeten geven. Dat zal tenminste service zijn.
Ik vind dit zelfs oplichterij, mede doordat niemand mij hier over geïnformeerd heeft.
Kom al een tijdje in de shop, maar had dit never nooit van HUN verwacht!

Tijdens Black Friday 1 + 1 gratis ik november 2 items besteld .
Pakketje zou geleverd worden torn werd het de andere dag . Toen stond hij ineens op afgeleverd. Toen was het pakket kwijt . Toen was er een verkeerd label . Het duurt enorm lang soms wel een week voor een reactie krijgt. Uiteindelijk is het pakket retour gegaan en hebben ze een nieuwe gestuurd welke we pas in januari geleverd hebben gekregen terwijl er was toegezegd dat er voor de feestdagen een oplossing zou komen .

I placed an order on Verstappen Shop, in the "Outlet" section, where I found super discounted clothing and accessories, including the "unobtainable" Red Bull 2022 jacket. I had problems with my online banking and made two identical orders by mistake, Kirsten of the Customer Service promptly helped me, the goods arrived home quickly despite the fact that there was a holiday during the week (6/01). Super happy! Simply simply lovely, keep pushing Max!!!

Na een maand nog steeds mijn bestelling niet mogen ontvangen. Meermaals gemaild en gevraagd om een reactie en/of een oplossing, waarop steeds wordt aangegeven dat ze het gaan oplossen.
Schandalig hoe ze hiermee omgaan en überhaupt niet met een oplossing komen.
