Do not order from this website. They say they’re from the Netherlands yet when you order it Takes nearly 3 weeks to arrive & they say it’s sent from Asia, the photos are the same as Temu & the quality is cheap.

When returning they say on their website it’s 30 free days however what they don’t mention is that you need to pay for the return to ‘Asia’ and will get charged custom costs on top of your return price. Then they offer you 50% return without even giving back the item!! Shows how cheap it really is. Scam scam scam

When I ordered I didn’t know it was coming from abroad but I was kept informed of what was happening with my parcel every step of the way. It arrived well packaged and I am super pleased with the quality of the product

Ordered….paid…..informed almost every day about delivery….arrived….on date and time specified.
Opened package. Assembled glass and Plate rack.
Delighted with the product. Packaging recycled.
Rack used daily. It is exactly what I wanted. Very pleased with the service and the product.

Package arrived on schedule as promised, well wrapped and in excellent condition.

Had no idea this was coming straight from China. Website says easy returns which is a fraudulent statement. I wanted to return my item because it arrived damaged, in an opened, unsealed box with chinese writing on it. Plus the item itself was ripped open. I asked for a refund and they said I could ship it back at my own cost which will take weeks, or I could accept a 30% refund of my $52 order. Such a joke. Save your time and money. This isn’t a true authentic website - it’s a chinese junk arranged and shipped by an AI bot.

The online shopping was easygoing and the products are of great quality and exactly what they looked like on the website

The product is really nice and well disigned...nice quality also... the product was sent very quickly but the transport has taken too much days for me...without giving updated news...that was a shame because I would have given 5 stars if the transport would have been better...

The product we received (Foldable Stainless Steel Drying Rack) was clearly of worse quality than the one in the photos: you could see that the metal is thinner, and the rungs - of a different number and differently shaped. The material is not stainless steel. It's just another product than advertised, of much lower quality. And the fact they only let you know the return is all the way to China after you request it... well, it really looks like intentional malpractice

This company is a complete scam. I ordered what I thought were beautiful metal chopsticks with rests and in a presentation box for a special gift. What arrived were plastic ones, no rests and in a plastic bag, worth a tiny fraction of what I had paid. It was a complete con. The only way to return them is for me to pay for the shipping and taxes to send them back to China. I’ve had to go through my credit card to try to get the money back

Ordered 3 frames on 30th August. No sign of them until 22nd September - customer service was dreadful. Had emailed to ask when they would be delivered and never received an update. All three frames finally arrived broken and unusable. They also look incredibly cheap and are certainly not worth anywhere near £50 each.

This is an absolute joke of a company. Purchased items from the Netherlands they took weeks to arrive and when they did they were damaged
I asked for a returns label and a refund, I provided photos of the damage and now they say I have to pay for the goods to be returned, not to the Netherlands but to China and only then will they give me a refund on receipt and inspection of their damaged goods. Oh but if I don’t want to pay an extortionate amount to return it half way across the globe they will give me a 50% refund and I can dispose of the faulty goods, their words not mine so they can see the goods are faulty, but unwilling to refund the entire amount.
So their hassle free returns policy is a complete sham. These people are scammers.

Love my new shower tray. I just came out nick and I never appreciated how great it was having the soap so far from the floor

The frame I purchased doesnt look anywhere near the quality that they advertised on their site. The image looks like the corner of the frames are metallic/brass but when they turned up it h corners are plastic. Not worth the price that was paid.

I absolutely love the vase, and it was packed beautifully to protect it. I was kept well informed about it being prepared but it did take rather a long time before I received it.

The product I ordered and received was very good. It would have received 5 stars if I had received it earlier.

I was continually kept advised that the delivery process was in train but there was no indication when ordering that the item was coming from the far east and the length of time it would take.

My sofa throw is the perfect foil for my heavily shedding beagle! Give it a good shake outside and hair gone. Throw it in the washing machine and as good as new afterwards. Looks good, is good.
