Faulty clock. Customer service kept telling me I had got it wrong. Disputed video of fault, dragged out responses and made for a very frustrating experience (meant to be hassle free returns).

Grote oplichting. Geen retour mogelijkheid, terwijl dit wel op de website staat. Ze bieden je 20% van het aankoopbedrag terug.
Webshop is niet meer dan een doorgeefluik uit China. Met een zeer slechte kwaliteit.

My item finally arrived after 1 month from ordering. The shoe is a fraction “snug” but I don’t think I want to wait that amount of time again so I’ll persevere. The shoe is very stylish and I’m very happy with the product.

Website zag er gelikt uit, lamp die ik bestelde bleek goedkoop en defect. Hij was niet goedkoop. Verpakking & afstandsbediening in het Chinees. Retourproces vaag - erg benieuwd naar vervolg na het lezen van eerdere slechte reviews.

I love my colourful butter dish. I ordered it on the 5/08. The tracking info was last available till the 9/08 and it finally arrived on 31/08. I contacted you twice in the interim and had a very prompt helpful replies both times. More up to date tracking information would be good.

Like a previous Veverra customer, I wish I had come to this site to read the reviews. I ordered their citrus squeezer, which came straight from China- the long way, I might add. It would barely squeeze a lime, let alone a lemon; the quality is cheap and flimsy. Do not buy from this company!

If it was possible to avoid a star I would. The company is one big scam. I ordered a dish rack with a draining tray which looked good in the photo. I immediately asked them to pause my order until they answered an important question but the following day they said it was too late as the product had already been dispatched. I suspected it was probably being shipped from China and a common obstruction to cancelling an order trick. There are no clues to distribution from China on their website but it was evident as delivery took several weeks. The £49.95 rack is several pieces of absolute tat ! A hard cheap plastic draining tray damaged in transit so useless with a hole and a thin plastic covered lightweight wire rack, a draining tube which doesn't attach so easily moves from sitting under a tiny hole on the sink drainer. The seperate "luxe" silicone draining mat is also a joke. £27.95 for mat worth £1 elsewhere. Avoid this company at all costs. They are a misleading front for the worst of Chinese crap who present themselves as helpful and caring but don't give a toss about charging luxe prices for absolute rubbish.

Fantastic website you think you’re paying for luxury Scandinavian products oh no you are completely wrong it’s absolute garbage from Asia I wouldn’t put this luxury bath mat on my doorstep they should be ashamed and reported for the misleading product info it’s disgusting and it’s put me off purchasing anything online again Emily did give me a 10% refund but I only took this option as if I didn’t I was told I needed to pay the postage to send it back to Asia please don’t be taken in from the fabulous website it’s certainly not what you get

I ordered a toilet brush from this company Description Luxbthsh, elegant, innovative and hygienic. I thought it sounded perfect for a new bathroom cost £44. I waited 3 weeks for delivery I wast aware it would be coming from China. When open it I didn't know whether to lagh or cry. The brush Description was more than misleading. The base was a dark coloured silver, the handle a bright tacky coloured silver. The actual white brush was the type you pay 50p in poundland for. The handle would not fit into the brush..I have no idea why is was a lush brush, elegant. There was no information included to explain the descriptio. You wouldn't pay £1.50 for this plastic tacky looking monstrosity.

Appalling service from this company. I purchased a digital clock and within days the display malfunctioned with most of the numbers not being visible, it simple didn’t work. Refusal for exchange, refused a refund…just a message saying sorry this probably isn’t what you wanted to hear!

So I had a digital clock that worked for about a week…and they do not care in the slightest. I won’t be using them again.

Easy online ordering process and excellent updates re delivery. Product of good quality and fairly reasonably priced. I would recommend this company
