This is the second time I’ve mentioned the items that I have purchased. I have always wanted to have beautifully designed tissue boxes, to no avail.Until I came upon this website. There as I browsed the items for sale there was a tissue box that was absolutely perfect. Shape, leather and colour. I initially purchased two, received them.Couldn’t fault the delivery and service then ordered Two more. A very satisfied customer.

The company gave regular updates on the status of the order. I was pleased with the product ( table runner).

Bought lamp on June 9th which I still don't have. They claim issues with delivery address despite the fact the address given is for a post office. Contacted the compnay and they claim multiple attempts were made to contact me about the delivery and yet I dont have a single email from them about it. As far as I can see they are an absolute scam and should be avoided at all cost. They will take your money and deliver nothing, customer service is appalling save your time and shop elesehwere

Delivery was very timely, product is excellent, this is a gift and will be much appreciated….

The soap dispenser is a perfect addition to our newly designed bathroom. Company very supportive and updated regularly from date of purchasr to delivery and afterward.

Descent product and reasonably quick service.

I ordered a gift for my partner for Father's day in June. Its now August and still havent received item.

Company have responded saying refund not available. Apparently the item is going back to Netherlands after a failed something or other and will be shipped BACK to UK. Totally ridiculous

Tried to cancel order after it took weeks. Despite that the order was later sent.
Product cheap and not up to standard
Customer Services slow to reply and never answered queries, simply stock replies.
Don't use them.

It's great but delivery service is complex without the date of arrival

Ordered a utility set, well it's like a child's set for a toddler's kitchen, as for the quality it's shockingly bad.

I have requested a return; let's see what happens. I can see now I am liable for postage. Probaly cost me more to send back than it will for the goods.

Don't waste your money buying from these charlatans

Order hasn't arrived. Tracking providing no information. No response from emailing customer support. I assume this is a scam.

To say this company is a scam would be an understatement. I bought the table lamp from veverra for 34.99 expecting a good quality lamp made from metal and with effective lighting. Veverra claim to be a Dutch manufacturer that prides itself on high quality.

What they actually are is a Chinese sweat shop factory that scams customers.

My package took over 4 weeks to arrive from China and when it did arrive it had the bare minimum of packaging which was mostly destroyed in the process. The light itself appears to be made of aluminium and is heavily damaged rendering it unusable.

Ive repeatedly emailed for a refund and have been ignored. Do no give this company your service!

Table runner is ok, not as thick or luxurious as expected! Being described as luxury! I’ll have to see what other items are like i guess at some point
