Goedkope rommel uit China, ze laten het alleen mooier lijken op de site. Levering duurt meerdere weken. Is het product niet naar wens?

Dan krijg je slechts 20% terug (je mag het product dan wel houden) of je moet het zelf terugsturen naar China en alle verzendkosten + douanekosten betalen.

Hier geldt weer eens goedkoop = duurkoop. Bespaar jezelf de moeite en koop hier niks.

Good quality product and reasonable price.

The product is very good as is the website, my only complaint is that the delivery was very slow. But next time I will allow for this.

Nothing scandanavian about it. Made in ?China/Asia.
I purchased 2x Lumea Luxe Walnut Roll Holder.
Problems: Splintered wood; discoloured gold handle;
nil set up instructions; difference from image which shows 2x golden screws from underneath to attach to the wall presumably..... no screws included and no holes for this space - i do not have equipment/ wood drills to do this; parts do not fit together.
Interpretation: UNUSABLE
After multiple emails back and forth, they sent 1x replacement and refunded me ONE. The replacement has asian instructions inside and sticker to attach to wall.
Wall stickers lasted less than two weeks before falling off (i had prepped and dried the wall prior to application).
Currently, 4 months later, still waiting on instructions to return faulty items AND 1x more refund.
Never again anything from this website.
Sad.

Excellent simple products to solve household needs provided by an accessible friendly firm

Purchased two shelves from this mob thinking it was high quality products as their website looks slick and gives the illusion that you are buying high priced yet premium products.This is a fallacy because all they are doing is dressing up Ali Express cheap profucts in a tuxedo and bow tie and adding a massive mark up at the same time.I paid £110 for two shelves that you can purchase for under £30 on Ali express - EXACLTY the same products emphasise. Others have also pointed out the same but unfortunately most people get taken in by this scam myself included until I retrospectively researched - as they simply believe they are buying premium and do not look into it further so don't realise it's effectivly Ali Express in disguise.

The website also shows an address in Holland as being their head office. This is FALSE because a simple search on google maps will show that no such company exists at that addresss. They are in fact based entiely in China and just use a fake Europaen address to give the impression they are a Netherlabnds based comapony. ALL LIES.

Also their customer service which is in tesklf very dubious and robotic only respond when it's about a sale anything less they almost always igonore you mor treat you with utter contempt.

If you don't mind being ripped off then go ahead and purchase there extortinately overpriced rubbish alternatively you'd be wise to not be taken in by them and avoid.

Wat een waardeloze site zeg. Compleet onbereikbaar. Levering na 6 weken en annulering onmogelijk. Krijg geen contact met ze mails onbeantwoord. Wil retourneren en mijn geld terug maar zal nog wel 6 weken duren. Kan ook geen retour aangemeld worden via account.

Product was exactly as advertised and was delivered on time. This was supported by excellent communication of status and progress throughout.

Appalling! I paid £350 for a 30 piece set of cutlery. It took a couple of weeks to arrive and there are 5 pieces missing! Of course they pretend to be in the Netherlands and that ‘Emily’ will get back to you shortly to fix the problem, they are in China I believe. The cutlery is at least good heavy quality which is surprising, but now I have to find another place setting as I have zero hope of them sending the missing pieces. Save yourselves the anguish of dealing with this awful company.

fake seller on Netherlands website pretending to be Dutch when in fact from China. Ordered what were meant to be real wood frames and glass.. what eventually arrived as parcel mis delivered was plastic cheap frames and plastic glass. Bad customer service and no refund forthcoming. Avoid.

Acheté un lampe trop cher par rapport à son coût de fabrication provenant certainement de Hong Kong par container - Qualité médiocre et en aucun cas scandinave - la livraison a mis un mois et c'est ce trop long délais qui m'a mis la puce à l'oreille - je déconseille fortement au regard des prix pratiqués par ce genre de marchand en ligne - tout au plus fonctionelle mais sans plus voilà le résultat de mon shopping sur un site aux allures de magouilles !!!

Wc rolhouder besteld, alles wat mis met het product kon zijn was er mis mee. Het was werkelijk troep. Toen ik het wilde terugsturen, kreeg ik te horen dat het naar Azie terug moest en ik zelf de kosten moest betalen. Toen ik daarop wilde reageren, konden mijn mails niet meer verstuurd worden. Telefonisch ook niet bereikbaar. Grote scam, koop hier niet!

It took 2 weeks to arrive and when it did it was poor quality and visibly different to the photos. The company presents like it’s from the Netherlands but ships cheap stuff from China. Avoid!

I love this company. Great range of products that have a quality and appeal that sets them
apart as well as customer service that keeps you informed and with a personal touch - highly recommended.

Bad communication. continually using the same excuse about delivery issues. I believe this company to be scammers

I was kept up to date with regards to delivery times, which was helpful. The product I ordered is excellent & very pleased with my choice. This was my first purchase with them.

Dit is pure oplichting. Je krijgt troep uit China opgestuurd en als je wil retourneren mag je dat zelf doen naar China en spelen ze verstoppertje. Geen KvK nummer etc. Firma list en bedrog

a great experience with perfect communication the experiences was fantastic the results not a good out come as goods were damaged but the correspondence after amazing and the out come hope fully will be so much better
