Apalling company

Ordered a suit carrier on the 24th April, payment immediately taken. By the 28th hadn't heard anything so called them, no-one answered so left a voicemail - no reply apart from an e-mail stating the goods were being dispatched that day.
It's now a week later and still nothing, further e-mails and voicemails from me not replied to and calls not answered in any capacity so I've demanded a full refund.
I need the suit carrier pretty quickly so I'll go to a retailer who wants to offer real customer service.
Update - despite an e-mail stating 'I will ensure someone comes back to you on this ASAP' - nothing has happened, no courtesy e-mail, goods haven't arrived, no refund. It would appear that by ignoring me they think the matter is going to go away, it's disgusting customer service.
AND NOW!!! - they have sent a generic e-mail stating they have ceased trading - yesterday! bloody furious!
However they have provided evidence that they have refunded me in full, I'll be following this up next week with my card provider.
Sorry that people have lost their jobs.

Ordered 5th march

After waiting 18 days for item decided to cancel order and ask for refund , unable to contact them answering machine every time,seeking legal advice.PLEASE BE VERY CAREFULL PEOPLE

We are sorry we let you down with this order.

You ordered this item on the 5th of March. We replied to your email you sent on the 9th of March advising that the email with the attachment was actually a confirmation of your payment transaction. On the 14th we investigated your order and confirmed with you by email that the item had been shipped to a wrong customer in error, and that we had arranged for a collection to be done, and for the item to be forwarded to you. Shortly after this communication, you opted to cancel and requested a full refund, which was done on the day you requested. I am unsure why you have stated in your review that you have been unable to contact us? If you need any other further support with this order, please do not hesitate to contact us.

Great Customer Service.

I ordered a briefcase which was shipped directly from Italy. Vigano kept me informed by email throughout the process. Ordered on Friday, delivered the following Tuesday. You couldn't get much quicker than that. Well done Vigano.

Dear Mike, I am sorry we let you down with this order. I have looked into the order history, and I can see you ordered this item on the 26th of December. Our website at the time would have stated that during the xmas period we were unable to ship any items until we re-opened back 1st week of January. This is one of the reasons you did not hear back from us for some days after ordering. I can confirm we have since refunded you in full for this order back on the 10/1/17.

Excellent service

Ordered a trouser press last Saturday (26th November)- part of husband's Christmas. Enquired by email today as I had not heard anything, except an order confirmation and payment taken. Very happy to get a prompt reply, slight mix up in the order which was sorted in 2 minutes and I should receive it tomorrow. Top marks!

Great customer service

Although the item I ordered was out of stock at the time, they ordered one from their suppliers immediately and e-mailed almost daily to update me on progress. The item arrived quickly and at an amazing price. Absolutely brilliant service.

Item ordered 20th July now August 12 and not received yet.

Very poor c service. 10 days after I first ordered they claimed that the parcel had been sent by Royal Mail and would send another one ASAP. That also did not happen and 9 days after that I have inquired again. No response so far. Will never buy again from them and do not recommend them..
Item finally received.

Ordered Light weight ironing board from ViGANO ltd 06 June 2016

Still waiting delivery 04 July 2016, I have emailed several times & had several excuses from them,Like all stock sold out to quickly, new stock had had the Item number changed and this has caused a delay,Then I was promised it would be dispatched Wed 29th June, Now they say it was dispatched Friday 01st July 2016, Have not sent any Tracking number,
Completely unprofessional I would strongly advise to steer clear & not buy from this seller, Very Bad Unreliable not helpful at all

pfaff filters

I was struggling to find the pfaff filters to purchase anywhere. I contacted vigano who advised that there was a uk shortage from pfaff, the leadtime was 5 weeks, after ordering, vigano kept me updated and delivered as promosed, I can now use my roller press again. Thanks vigano.

Lovely leather bag

My daughter had just graduated from medical school, and I was looking for a lovely leather Gladstone bag that would last her for years, I found this lovely bag on there website PV-4886, I contacted Vigano to get an idea of how long this would take to arrive and they advised it was shipped from Italy and would take 5 - 7 days. The delivery actually arrived after 10 days, which I was not too worried about. The bag is beautiful, and my daughter is delighted with her gift. Thank you so much, Denise x

Masonry BBQ - Great Service

I purchase a Florida Masonry BBQ from Vigano, I was kept informed right from when I ordered to being contacted to advise what day the delivery would be. Thank you so much for a great service. The BBQ has since been put together and looks great. Melanie x

Unprofessional

I have purchased travel system for my baby.12 days later not receiving the item or any udate,I have e-mailed for info and just day later was informed this item is unavailable....
I expect baby next week and wonder how will I manage to sort buggy in such short time not too mention if the baby comes early...
I am very disappoinetd and will not make another puchase from Vigano.
Pitty I did not see all these bad reviews before I made purchase from them.Very very sad!Hope at least Vigano will have decency to refund my money quick....

Ewa, I am very sorry we let you down with this order. All Hauck products on our website are shipped direct from the brand to our customers. We was notified very late by them that the item was out of stock. We did make an immediate refund, which should have reached your account in the first week of April. Once again we are very sorry for letting you down. We have since removed all the Hauck Twister products from our website as Hauck were very low on stock, and has since been discontinued.

Unprofessional business

I ordered from Vigano before Christmas. The item arrived on a pallet broken in pieces. The only contact I have with them is via email as they never answer the phone, which always raises alarm bells. I finally arranged for the item to be sent back and Vigano promised me a refund. Their supplier contacted me to confirm that the item was received and that they had refunded Vigano but it's over a month since they promised me a refund and still nothing. I sent another email to be told they would chase it with accounts. That was on the 7th Jan, It's now the 8th of Feb. Not happy at all. I am now considering the small claims court.

Bunny, the item you ordered was a Masonry BBQ, these items are shipped direct from the supplier to our customers. It is very unfortunate that sometimes some parts can break if not handled carefully by the shipping companies. If this does happen either the whole BBQ can be replaced, or replacement parts for the items broken can be replaced by shipping these out separately. The BBQ was picked up by our supplier, and we arranged for a refund to be done to your account. We are sorry about the refund delay, however this was processed on the 8.2.16.

Deceptive company

Ordered a trouser press on 20/12, website states 'next day delivery' in the main banner, no mention on the item description to state otherwise.

E-mailed the company on the 22nd to ask when the item will be delivered as no e-mail other than the payment receipt had been received.

E-mail received back fairly promptly (at least they got that bit done well) to tell me that the delivery time is 2 weeks, and can I 'hold on'.

I have no choice but to 'hold on' but I won't be buying from this company again, that is a very deceptive (and pretty nasty) trick to get you to purchase from them.

Then got a phone call from Vigano, telling me that 'if you click on next day delivery and read the small print it says to phone them first and that they have refunded my payment' despite me telling them by e-mail I would wait.

Not really impressed that they pushed it back on to me and pretty much said I should have read the small print

As I said to them on the phone, if it states next day delivery, why would I click on a link to read the small print when so many companies out there state next day delivery and actually deliver next day

Here are the terms that they refer you back to
Delivery

'Delivery is FREE to mainland UK, and most orders are delivered to customers within approximately 2 - 3 working days. Our courier will usually deliver your order on the next working day from the date of despatch from our warehouse.

If time is of the essence and you require something delivered next day, please contact us, we will do our best to see if we can help you.

If you order something that unexpectedly becomes out of stock, we will contact you immediately, and advise you when we will be able to deliver.'


It's up to you if you want to purchase from them but I know I won't be doing so again, there are plenty of companies out there that don't try to get you to buy using 'smoke and mirrors'

Tom, i am sorry we let you down with this order. I can confirm the refund was processed on the 22/12/15. We have these items shipped to our customers direct from the manufacturer. During the rest of the year these are readily available to ship on a 1 - 2 day delivery. However the stock situation at xmas changed daily. I am sorry if you felt we were being deceptive toward you with this order, we tried our best to keep you updated, and we will improve on this to ensure we update customers sooner.
