Excellent product received and utterly reliable and courteous company

My most recent purchase from Vigano was the Dyson heater for this cold weather and I can say that I am delighted with the service and quality of the product.
There was a problem with my delivery address, my autofill had not filled in my street and house number on the delivery address, so when I checked the order tracker I realized this. I immediately rang the company and got a call back shortly after . no less to say the problem was amended while booking the order onto the couriers website. I had no need to worry at all about my parcel getting lost, they sorted it all out in record time and the item arrived on time with Citylink.I will definitely order from Vigano again. I cannot thank the customer service team enough. Thanks

Worth the Wait

I ordered the Leifheit Clothes Airer which cost about £30 less than the nearest competitor. Took about three weeks to deliver but my phone voice mail requests for updates were responded to via email within the hour. I think once you accept the reason why prices are cheaper you are more willing to be patient for the goods to arrive. Obviously having more resources to man the phones means price increases. The Leifheit Clothes Airer is superb and I hope it lasts longer than the other brands I have spent a fortune on in the past years. I would quite happily shop here again.

Outstanding Customer Support from Vigano .

The team at Vigano proved to be outstanding in making sure that I got my order -
The delivery company somehow ( in spite of getting the correct address from Vigano ) had the wrong details , the folk at Vigano responded to every email , including on Sunday , in their effort to get the goods to
me .
They even followed up with a personal phone call to me within 5 minutes of the delivery being completed .
I would like to recomend the company & their staff as utterly dedicated & reliable .
I will use them first at every opportunity !

Excellent company to deal with, very efficient, great communication and their customer care is superb. I required an item urgently and they made sure I got it in time. Very happy customer 😊

Not to be trusted

I ordered something online and after a week of no contact decided to email Vigano to see what was going on. I was then told the product wasn't in stock and wouldn't be for a while so emailed to cancel the order. They emailed back to say they had refunded me my money. 11 days later, I still don't have my money and have tried to phone them 3 times today. Each time I am told the person I need to speak to is unavailable, yet they cannot give me a name.

Now, it's not a fortune that they owe me, but after they had emailed me to say the item wasn't in stock I went onto their website and you could still order it!!!!
So, in summary, they are happy to take your money for stuff they don't have in stock and then you have to fight to get your money back........or not...we shall see.

AVOID and pay a few more quid to someone you can trust.

4th Dec - I have been asked by Vigano customer services if I could update my review.

I got a phone call from a polite chap last Friday, after I had written my review, saying that he was looking into my case and that had I checked my Paypal account. I said I had, more than once on that day, but he insisted I check again. He assured me the money had been paid when the order was cancelled. Later that evening I looked and a refund had appeared in my Paypal account 1 minute after I received the phone call. Read into that what you will.

Would I be confident of getting a refund if I used this lot again...probably.

Would I use this lot again.....not a chance - Other than the waste of time trying to chase such a relatively small refund and the feeling I wasn't always told the truth, what angered me most and prompted me to write the review was being hung up on mid conversation by someone from the sales team

Worst customer service ever!!

I ordered an airier from them weeks ago, after the delivery window had passed I contacted them by email to see when I would receive it.

Eventually i got a response, to say the item is out of stock and it would arrive within 4-5 days.
Tried to call and like the other person said they only pick up if you say you want to place a new order, opt 2 (for existing orders) and opt 3(for anything else) goes to a voice mail (but I left a MSG and never got a call back)

after another 6 days, I contacted them by email to chase. 2 days later, i have a response which said "we will update you soon" thats it, just that!
So i called and left a message with some receptionist for a call back.
Never got a call!
instead got an email saying there has been another delay and they are not sure when it will arrive, as the item has been removed from sale
Tried to call again, and was told by receptionist she cannot take messages only name and number and they will call me back (despite never getting a call back from anyone there)
After a couple of seconds on google, I found another company, who were only a couple pound more expensive, which had them in stock. I called the company to check they defiantly had them, as was concerned about them being discontinued.
New company said he has his hand on one and will dispatch for me today, and as far as they knew it wasn't discontinued. So looks like just another excuse! Why list an item as in stock (which they still are on their site) when you dont actually have it.
I now face the battle of trying to cancel this order and get my refund!, if the last few weeks is anything to go by, I should have it by the end of the year!

Honestly wish I had never used this company, for the sake of a couple pound please shop elsewhere as the savings are clearly not worth it!

Amy, we are very sorry we let you down with this order. We had a stock discrepancy with this item, which meant we had to wait for a delivery from our supplier to fulfill your order. I believe the refund has already reached your account last week. Please let us know if you have not received your refund yet.

Would definitely not recommend Vigano.

I ordered a clothes airer on 20 October 14 and it was eventually delivered on 19 November 14, almost one month later.
The only way to speak with anyone is to choose option 1 (to place an order), you are then put through to a messaging service who are unable to assist and will only pass on your message to Vigano.
Customer service is appalling, when they did email I was not once given any explanation as to why the goods were delayed, neither was there any apology given.
Needless to say I would not use this company again, nor would I recommend.

Took payment for item that was sold out

Appalling service. I placed an order online, and chased it after a few days to find out when it would be delivered (website says 2-3 days). They then sent an email saying sorry we failed to notify you that we've sold out. That's all - no offer of a refund! It is disgraceful that they didn't tell me the item was sold out until I contacted them to find out when it would be delivered.

It's also very poor that they were happy to take the payment immediately, but not to automatically offer to refund it. I have now received a refund, but shouldn't have had to ask them for my money back.

Gave up after 3 weeks

I ordered an ironing board that was supposed to be in stock but after 3 weeks and numerous failed promises of delivery I gave up and cancelled the order. Definitely not recommended.

A very welcome 180 degree shift

I had issues, at first, with non-delivery and a distinct lack of information from customer services about the missing item - which annoyed me - but my problem was picked up by Jason (at Vigano Customer Services) who acted on it properly, and kept in contact to make sure the goods were delivered. It turned out originally to be an inept courier firm, which I hope they stop using. A second courier firm delivered correctly.

Unfortunately, in this and most cases, rubbish couriers are detrimental to a company name - but good customer service restores that.

Excellent Service

After reading some reviews on trust pilot i had reservations about placing an order. The online website is not always accurate regarding stock availability. My order was stated as being in stock but took approximately 6 weeks to arrive. However, i was informed very quickly and emails were responded to promptly. I would advise requesting availability before placing an order to avoid disappointment.

no goods. no service

Paid for goods on ordering weeks ago. Delivery would be days if on mainland UK. 2 to 3 wks for Northern Ireland. (Not usually a problem for suppliers). No delivery so far. No replies to phone messages. No info on whereabouts of goods via email messages.

You ordered a Masonry BBQ, and we explained that most deliveries to mainland UK in some cases can be 5 - 7 days, as you are in Northern Ireland, we should have explained at the time that pallet deliveries going to NI for masonry BBQ's can take up to 2 - 3 week. We can see that you have since received your order.

I found a Christmas present I wanted to buy my mum on this site at the best price around. From placing my order to receiving my parcel they have been so helpful. I would definitely recommend using this company!

Non Existent Customer Service

Placed an order on 28th Sept for a Fiskar axe and was assured the item was in stock. Received email to confirm delivery in 5-7 working days. On non-delivery, emailed Vigano and received standard reply “will look into non-delivery”. I tried phoning 01604 210693 over a three day period at various times of the day from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. (approx 10 calls). Did not once get past message asking me to leave number for callback and, although I left my number, they didn’t call back. If you press option for purchase, you get through to a callcentre who are not Vigano staff and can only take your phone number but cannot deal directly with your enquiry. After several more emails and thirteen days, I have been informed the item will be dispatched but given no explanation for the delay. Conclusion: they have made the process feel like very hard work, it feels like there’s only one person running the company and they cannot respond to individual queries. If you look on the website, it does advise you to email and not phone, but there are times when you would like to speak to someone in person. Vigano has received positive feedback on Trustpilot but I can only speak from my own experience. As of 13th October, I have not yet received my purchase.

Dear Sylvia, we are really sorry about the lack of customer service on this occasion. I believe you may have been pressing option 2 on the automated telephone system to track your order. Providing you did leave a voice message with your details we do try our best to contact all callers by close of business on this day. I have since sent you an email with the tracking details for your order. This particular item did sell out temporarily and caused a delay for your order. The latest status on the tracking states that it should be with your local driver tomorrow. Please let me know by email if you do not receive this item within a few days. We will take on board on your comments and strive to always improve in the service we offer.

Got it right eventually

After trouble getting the order, and numerous attempts to actually speak to a person, the order of a clothes airer arrived, and they have apologised together with a substantial reduction in the price paid.
They are trying get it right.

Brilliant company

I purchased a bouncy castle from the site only to find that the item was out of stock in the UK. Vigano where brilliant and managed to get in contact with the bouncy castle company and shipped shipped one to me from overseas. This was received in 4 days. During the process Vigano where in constant contact to update me on the process and if I sent an email I got a reply within the hour, if not the same day. I will definitely be ordering from the site again and could not recommend the company highly enough.

Amazing customer service and after care

I purchased a Landmann BBQ from Vigano. I originally wanted a Big K bbq but unfortuently this was out of stock, I phoned up and spoke to Jason who talked me through my options and I eventually went for the Landmann which I was informed was very similar to the big k.

Jason ensured deliver was arranged within 3 days of me purchasing which defiantly exceeded my expectations. Unfortunately on the deliver day the driver (a courier company not associated with Vigano) dropped the bbq when trying to deliver (bbq weighs 400Kg) I spoke to Jason straight after who was amazing at following up with the courier company and rearranging my delivery for 2 days later.

I cant falter the customer server received by Vigano and was so impressed when I placed the order at around 10pm one evening, I got a personal email from Jason ensuring me that he received the order and was already in the process of pushing the order through.

Have already recommended to my friends and family and will defiantly be using again

First class after-sales service

I purchased a fairly major item (log splitter) and was concerned when the contents of the packages delivered did not match those in the assembly instructions. Vigano's response to my e-mail was immediate, reassuring and transparent - involving a swift message to the distributor (copied to me) which resulted in a quick identification of the missing item - an update to the parts list and assembly instructions from the manufacturer. All was fine, but Vigano Customer Services maintained contact until they were absolutely certain I was satisfied . Thanks Jason!
