Order for Corby trouser press
Despite original colour being discontinued, and another having to be selected and supplier being out of stock of second choice, it was delivered by my deadline for a gift. Tina kept me informed at all stages - very good service at a very good price.
Great Trouser Press
Ordered a trouser press in white, I was advised the item had been discontinued as Corby had stopped manufacturing them, they promptly shipped an alternative colour, which arrived in 4 days. Luke

Terrible service- not received goods or refund DONT USE
I ordered a Hills Hoist washing line and cover on 20th August. It was listed in stock. It eventually arrived on the 11th September. The cover i order has never arrived and they have not refunded my money despite a request. Great Hills Hoist. Very poor service. BEWARE!!!!
After posting this review, the company immediately contacted me. They have refunded my money. Hopefully future customers will have a better experience

I purchased a pilot case for my dads 60th birthday, it arrived 5 days after ordering. The quality of the leather is very good, very pleased with the overall service. Alison
Lack of customer service or response
Having bought and paid for an item that was in stock over a month ago it still has not arrived. I was promised it had been dispatched but still no delivery, no tracking number or delivery details. now I get no response at all by phone or email. Even though Vigano say they have customer service staff to answer any problems 7 days a week. To start with I was fobbed off with excuses now they do not even have the decency to answer me.
I will never use this company again. Check them out before you use them. I am now going through Paypal to get my money back BE CAREFUL.

I bought a leather bag from them and I must say that within 24 hours, I've got an update from their sales team on the status of my order. Unfortunately, the bag I ordered was out of stock so I was given an opportunity to order another one - which I did.
The bag I ordered was delivered within 3 days. Did I worry at all during the 3 days prior to the delivery? Not at all because their sales team (through an email update on my order) provided a UPS shipping number that allows you to track your order.
Overall, a great experience and will definitely order from them again.
Lack of response
I complained about a pilot bag that the lock failed on after using it three times. After some initial communication problems i found them to be most helpful. I returned the bag for repair and when it was established that the part was out of stock and may take a while they sent a new bag.
Love my shopping trolley

Great Quality Pilot Case
Ordered a Leather Pilot Case from Vigano, they were out of stock in the UK, they then emailed me after 3 days to advise they have arranged to send from their warehouse in Germany. Received the item after 7 days, despite being quoted 3 - 4 days. I did not mind waiting a few more days, as their prices were the best online. Great service, great price, great quality product. D L

I admit I was a little reserved about ordering from this company after looking at the last few bad reviews, however they delivered my order very promptly. I ordered a Pilot Case, which was delivered in 5 days. Druve
A laughable experience
Ordered 2 items. 27th Dec. It is now 31st January and still items not received.
- Delivery company they initially used went bankrupt so initial delay was understandable. I did however have to find this out for myself.
- Then they chose to use Myhermes despite my protests (this company are terrible) and I was proved right as they failed to deliver the item. Again I had to chase for an update. No ownership of the outstanding issue at all. It was only until I wrote a detailed email conveying my disappointment with the service was I provided with a 50% refund.
- Then the parcel was redelivered via parcel force BUT to the competely wrong address! Unbelievable. I just had to laugh.
Still no sight of the item - God help me if I need to return the item!!!
Nice customer services lady
I won't go into the ups and downs of my order just suffice to say a very nice lady eventually took charge of it , she was extremely courteous and efficient and kept me informed constantly until delivery. I think the problems with this company arise mostly because of lack of communication on the website e.g. no tracking information....which could be rectified.
Very slow delivery!
Ordered a breasley mattress from Vigano which states approx 7 days for delivery. Contacted them straight after placing the order and was told 5-7 days which was fine. A few days later another email arrived stating 3-4 working days for delivery so I assumed it was being dispatched. 5 days later no mattress or communication to say there had been a delay. Contacted vigano to be told there was an internal error and that the warehouse would call me. Spoke to them later that day and was given a delivery date for 7 days later! I queried this and was told it always takes that long! In total that made it 3 weeks from the order date which is way over the 7 days on the site and shocking really! They did say they would try to sort a discount to compensate but I have chased this up twice and not had an update.
I have to say the staff were quick at replying to my queries but the fact I had to contact them so many times and that the delivery took so long would put me off using them again.
Awful customer service, item never arrived, suspected fraud
I ordered a trolley shortly after christmas on the basis that the website say they would usually post the item within one business working day.
I then found out their website and / or paypal wrongly charged me for two trolleys instead of one.
I emailed them. And for the next two and a half weeks I kept on emailing / telephoning them almost on a daily basis.
They emailed back several times to say they will sort out the refund, but they never did. The item also never arrived. When I asked about that - they said they were having problems with the courier, and gave no indication when the item will be posted. When I kept emailing them, I was met with silence!
So effectively, for two and a half weeks, they kept double of my money, and did nothing to send the item ordered out to me!
I got so frustrated that I finally emailed them and threatened to call the police if they do not sort it out immediately. I pointed out it takes no point at all to refund money - in fact they answered enough emails to be able to use that time to process a refund!
Rather unsurprisingly, they emailed back immediately this time, and refunded all the money. Interestingly enough, they did not just refund the money for one of the item, but both - which made me question if they ever had the item in the first place.
Worst of all - the lady then emailed to say it was MY FAULT for ordering twice!! There was no apology from her for anything!! I emailed back to point out in fact the receipt from Vigano said I only ordered one item, and mentioned the appalling customer service. Surprisingly enough, the company did not bother to email back to apologise.
It may just be very poor customer service. I was suspicious of fraudulent activity here. Either way, I would never, ever order from this company. I do not know why some of the reviews here are so gushingly good. From my experience - I concur with the negative ones. Rude, almost non-existent contact from customer service without constant badgering, and highly suspicious activity with this company!
*** Review update***
One day after I posted this review, I received an email from the lady in Vigano. We are still disputing who was at fault in this transaction. At the end of her email she wrote the following:
"Please note that the review you have left on Trustpilot is violating their rules by mentioning staff names, please read their policy regarding leaving names for staff. We will inform trust pilot about this, so names of staff members are removed from the text."
I am simply exasperated. I certainly cannot see a reference to anyone's name above, can you? Perhaps this is indicative of what kind of company we are dealing with here! And bizarrely when other Trustpilot reviews ACTUALLY mentioned names - there had been no complaints!

Ordered a birthday present for my mum over the Christmas period - emailed to see if I could collect from them as I am local to northampton - received a reply email within 30min (bearing in mind this was 10pm!) and was delighted that Jason personally hand delivered the item to my home the next evening.
