I purchased a bottle of Jadore perfume as a Christmas gift through Wal-Mart from Virventures. The bottle leaked as it has a defective seal. I contacted Virventures within the 30-day return window about the problem. Virventures waited more than 14-days to respond to my email which put it past the 30-day return window and then rejected my return request. They also refused to respond to a Wal-Mart C/S inquiry. They are horrible...don't purchase from them!

I bought a product from Wal-Mart that apparently marketed out to VirVentures. I was unaware my item would be from a second party. It was a dog jacket $25.00. The jacket was too large. I asked for information to return this jacket and I have been shocked at how ridiculous the return procedure is. I had to put in writing the item was not used, that I had original packing and all tags. I was informed I have to pay insurance, provide tracking, and IF acceptable for return once they get it back, I have to pay a 15% restocking fee. I informed them I would donate the item and forego the ridiculous return. I also told them I would give an honest review of their policies. Do not buy from them. Wal-Mart subbing it out is not right either. I ordered off their site for easy return if the dog jacket did not work. This has been a bad experience all around. Very unhappy!!

Amazing products. I purchases Varsace perfume from this seller and not only it arrived in 4 days while opting for Standard shipping but also the item arrived with nicely packaged.

Even the fragnance was really.. wowwww... I will be buying from this seller again....!!!! Cheers..

I have purchased perfume from Walmart last month. It arrived earlier than expected and trust me the packing and fragnance was beyond my expectations.

Not sure about all Negative Reviews however I am very much satisfied with my purchase. The item arrived within 5 days after I ordered. It was in perfect condition.

Item is defective and so is their return policy. After I submitted the required "proof" of the defect, they have stopped responding.
I'm stuck with a piece of garbage I paid over 70 bucks for.
Terrible products. Terrible policies. And terrible customer service.

I would like to share my personal shopping experience with Vir Ventures. I have purchased Heavy Duty Brake Drum however when it arrived it was entirely damaged.

I called Walmart and they have directed me to contact the Store from where it got shipped. I spoke with customer service at Vir Ventures and they readily arranged to pick up for Damaged item and have immediately shipped replacement which got it to me in 5 days and that too in perfect condition.

I must say I am indeed very happy with my purchase will always recommend everyone to shop with Vir Ventures.

I must say have never experienced such an awesome customer service ever. Last month have purchased one item on Walmart through Virventures and the same got delivered within 4 days.

It arrived in great condition however I received the same item as a gift from my fiancee. Hence decided to return this item.

I have called customer service of Virventures and they immediately accepted returns and refunded the amount in full.

I am very happy with my shopping experience ..

My experience with this place was awful. I finally got a refund in February for something I sent back to them unopened immediately in early December. They have ignored me, put me off, lied to me and finally when I threatened action they refunded. I will never buy from then again but they lurk on merchants websites such as I thought I was buying from walmart.
UPDATE in July Terrible customer service the worst
This was a horrible experience and I still will never buy anything from them. Can u imagine it took all these months to reply!!!
