Product arrived in broken pieces due to their poor packaging. They flat out refused return/refund because I, apparently, did not report it soon enough. I explained, we were in the midst of HURRICANE IRMA with no power, alternate housing, and still...too bad, read our policy. Horrible Horrible Horrible. We're stuck and I'm disgusted and out $$.

I purchased an item via Walmart.com but they use Virventures as vendor for the item. 3 days after I had ordered the item it was still reading processing in cart status. I contacted the company and the answer was "we will forward this to a different team for details." This usually means they don't have the item in stock, so I cancelled the ordered through Walmart. At this point you would think that I don't have to worry about this item anymore. However Virventures refused to accept my cancellation and 3 days later I got an email that the item had been shipped and my card charged for the item.
I am now trying to get this item return but Virventures says they will charge me 20% restocking fee plus I have to pay for shipping cost. I am communicating with Walmart on this issue and will post follow up to see if Walmart will also failed to assist in resolving this issue.
Stay away from Virventures, it seems that it is a nightmare to deal with this company.

Problem with a wine rack order. I have just contacted VIRVENTURES after first reaching out to Walmart. I ordered a wine rack, but received a dining room chair. I was initially frustrated by Walmart not handling the issue with their 3rd party vendor. After a couple of attempts, I was able to get someone in customer service. When he looked up my account he asked if I ordered the wine rack, and I acknowledged yes; then he asked if I received a ding room chair. Again I acknowledged yes.
He then asked my to send a photo of what I received. I said no. I don't have the time or intention to take the time to do that.

I bought a product from Walmart and it was delivered to me before the EDD. Excellent service.

I ordered something from Walmart.com that was handled through this vendor. I then had to return it after finding out I needed a different color. It took 3 weeks to get a refund and this is only after calling Walmart to help. They lie about having done things such as reissuing a refund, they don't answer their phone -- not even for Walmart -- they don't email/follow up when they say they will, they still charge a 15% "restocking fee" even if you return something unused, and the refund could take weeks longer than they say. Thank goodness Walmart intervened and issued a refund separately. It had been a week since the unused product I returned had been delivered. Virventures said they had issued a refund but Walmart confirmed they hadn't. They lied, unacceptable.

I bought a bee house through Walmart and this company. Did not receive and the tracking number provided was invalid. I tried to get help through walmart but they put me in a terminal "live" chat with "Pricilla P. (Listening)" who never actually listened or replied to anything I wrote. I can't believe they still allow this sender to sell with them! At least Amazon will reply to me and has always backed up a misplaced or never sent item. Very unhappy with both Walmart and VirVentures.

CUSTOMER BEWARE!!! Impossible to reach Customer Service and unreachable and no response back from this Outfit! This makes you wonder how legitimate that they really are! I ordered from Walmart.com and they went through this Outfit to get me a Corner TV Stand with Fireplace, $332.00 worth of Loss! Not only am I out of my Money, but also stuck with a useless piece that cannot even be assembled to be used because the main Top of the TV Stand was Damaged in Transit from this Sham Outfit! This was a Christmas Present Suprise for my Daughter and was Delivered to her by UPS but when you go to Track it on the Walmart Site where I purchased it the UPS Numbers appear Bogus and also showing on the Screen Shot at Walmart.com as not even being Delivered! I am dealing with Walmart Customer Care Dept., and Filed a Claim through UPS! Instead of this being a Suprise Christmas Present for my Daughter it has turned out to be a Nightmare!!! I have Called getting an Answering Machine 3 Times, Emailed 4 Times and my Daughter has even Called just asking to have the Damaged Piece Replaced so that it can be assembled! I think that the Texas Attorney Generals Office needs to look into this Companies Behavior and Activities! I do have Photos if needed! Wallmart.com has Customer Reviews that are misleading to the Consumer on this Outfit, but when you do a search yourself it is a 59% Review Rating which is Deplorable and unacceptable and puts up "Warning Flags!" Is there not a Better Business Association in the Texas Area for Companies and to protect the Consumers? Sitting in Tennessee with a useless TV Stand and Fireplace and out $332.00! Thanks to Walmarts!

I have never had to deal with anything like this before. Order somthing from walmart.com apparently they deal with this company. Ups demaged my order sent it back they excepted the returned package back did not give me my money back or send a replacement and will not answer any of my calls or emails. So now I'm out $120.00 I will never deal with this company again and hope no one else gets ripped off like this.

Recently buyed a mini Recliner, this time I had no issue with delivery or any kind of service issue. Thank you Virventures.com
