Spent AUD$580 on their product that claims to promote hair regrowth, nothing happen. My hair still keeps falling out, that thin I can see through my scalp now. The new new hair is white, not black as the company claim to be. I’m only 48, not an elderly. Just a head up for everyone as well, this product stimulates immune system. People who have autoimmune diseases should never touch these sort of supplements cos it will aggravate the symptoms. I learnt it in a hard way. Be cautious and do research before taking anything as it can do more harm than good. This product might work for someone, not me for sure. The thing I really don’t like about this company is, you cannot cancel the auto-ship subscription. When log onto your account, there’s nothing you can do to cancel the subscription which they promise you can cancel it at anytime?! The email address they left you to contact them does not exist. I sent them an email and the email came straight back to me. This company is so unethical. Now I will have to go to my bank and cancel my credit card so they can’t keep taking money out of my credit card. How they run this is border line commercial frauds…

I started using Vitagreen 21 years ago, but it became difficult to find in the US, so I stopped using it for about 20 years. Recently, I saw that Vitacare products were available online, so I immediately started using them again. After my second pregnancy last year, I lost a lot of hair, so I used 維生烏絲素 for the first time, and I've been using it for over six months now, with extremely satisfactory results. Combined with the 五色靈芝, 祛濕輕，燒脂益生菌（not highly recommend this😅）I'm very satisfied with the results. I became a mother for the first time at 30yers old and for the second time at 40 years old.and my condition is as good as ever. Moreover, their customer service is the best in the world！！！！！ They patiently answer all my questions. I sincerely thank them! I will continue to use Vitagreen 五色靈芝，維生烏絲素，祛濕輕which I find very effective.

Don't buy from Vita Green
I bought some supplements for my father and my father came back from the doctor who informed him that he cannot use those health products. I went to ask for refund from the company. We spent almost a month sending emails back and forth and they never gave me a straight answer. Theys always complained about the logistic company not giving them a reply. A month later, due to persistent emails, they finally told me that I need to ship the item back to them at my own cost. And they are not able to provide me with a return label either. This is ridiculous because they made me wait for that long for no reason. They claimed that they have a policy of return at no cost, which is a complete lie. Don't buy from them.

Their product 脈通三七 really works for reducing cholesterol levels. After taking it for 45 days, my cholesterol dropped by about 20%. I’m very happy with this result and feel I made the right choice. Truly helpful—thank you!

Paid but never received my order and no communication
I am extremely disappointed with your online services and my recent order. It has been over a month since I placed my order, yet I have received no shipment information or updates. I have emailed your customer service multiple times and have not received a single response. This lack of communication is completely unacceptable.
What makes it worse is that I can see from other reviews that I am not the only one experiencing these problems. For a company selling products at such high prices, this kind of poor service is unacceptable and must be seriously reviewed and addressed.
At this point, I don’t even know who to contact for a refund. Unless this issue is resolved immediately, I will never purchase from your company again and will strongly advise others to avoid it as well.

Loving the product and experience
Shopping on the vitagreen website was super smooth and easy. My order arrived earlier than expected and was nicely packed.
I've been using the Vitahair nano shampoo for few weeks now and im really happy with it. Started noticing less hairfall & my scalp feels healthier overall with consistent use.
Really like that their products are based on traditional chinese medicine but still feels modern. Looking forward to trying some other supplements too and definitely recommending my family and friends.
