One of the reasons why I’m giving a five star review is simply because of the communication that was provided ever since the beginning all the way to the end when I got my product. Vivamacity stayed in contact with me even though there were some carrier shipping problems that were resolved in the end. Not only having great products, but great customer service. There was a point that I thought I wasn’t going to get my ring but luckily that didn’t happen. Vivamacity was great with their communication and making sure I was satisfied with my choices. Even though I got an initial bigger size of my product and had to make an exchange, the process was fairly easy and down to earth. The only thing I would say is to really make sure you know what size you’re buying in terms of rings so that way there’s no need to exchange anything, and even if you do, the process if fairly simple.

The earrings I bought were so well made and beautiful! As was the packaging they came in. I’m so excited to wear them and order more from here in the future!

I ordered the Zoro’s earring and the jewel is so beautiful. I had a problem with the delivery so I contacted the client service that showed itself very available and kind ! I totally recommend this brand ☺️

These earrings are perfectly sized. They are not heavy and the shine to the morher of pearl is oh so lovely. The different shades of color together with the silver compliment each other. If your a fan of Demon Slayer, these are sire to delight you. If you are not, they still will be delightful because they are so elegant and beautiful.

There is so much love and care put into the design of this ring. It's absolutely beautiful and easily my favorite ring now. Thank you for the great customer service when I ordered the wrong size!

I ended up purchasing the zoro earring and i’m in love! The shipping was fast and the packaging was so well put together, in its own box with a polishing cloth and a hand written note which makes it even more special. the product is great quality, lightweight, and easy to wear. also has a beautiful shine.

I have been ordering jewlery from Vivamacity for over a year now, and I am always so impressed with the thought and care that goes into designing each piece. Recently, I ordered several pieces, but they were delivered to the wrong door. The Vivamacity team had my back the entire time and sent me the pieces I had ordered again without even questioning me. I frequently recommend their jewlery to several people who stop to compliment the pieces I wear.

They have the cutest jewelry but not only that their customer service is superb. They got back to me about a piece that had broken so quickly and packed a replacement within that same day. Not only that they were very kind and understanding throughout the whole process! They also exchange a ring I wanted in a different size super quickly!

bought the silver zoro earrings but wanted the gold ones so i emailed vivamacity & an employee named jasmine said she’ll update my order & i got it earlier than what the delivery time shoulda been.. lessgo

The ring is even more beautiful in person. It is even better than I thought the band is not too thick or too thin it’s a perfect size. It’s so cute I want to get the rest of the enamel rings. It was packaged so nicely and with a handwritten note, which I absolutely love. Most of all, I ran into issues with my package and Jasmine was so understanding and quick to resolve it, that’s rare these days! I actually found them randomly online and ordered, nowadays that’s risky but I liked the ring so much I took the chance. I’m so glad I did because their customer service was great and I want to order a lot more. Lol

I love this company, their jewelry has some of my favorite pieces. Their customer service is excellent! One of their necklaces that I bought broke, and they were so quick to send me a replacement the very next day. I highly recommend their jewelry, especially their anime lines!

My partner bought me the regular howl’s ring about a month ago, and yesterday the garnet fell out !! :o

Very sad, however, their customer service responded to my email within 24 hours and i had a resolution within 10 minutes. they offer a lifetime warranty and happily and quickly offered to send out a replacement ring for me!!!! i couldn’t be more pleased with a company’s customer service.

I always love their jewelry. Great internal packaging, quality and price. Shipping time is pretty standard, when placing my order on a week day it takes about a week to deliver. Hand written notes for first time purchases is a nice touch they do!

The package was several days late when I paid for faster shipping. They would not refund the shipping. They didn't even offer a coupon. They said it's just their policy. Very disappointing.

The rings I purchased were exactly like the images displayed on the website. They also came in really nice complimentary boxes! Those blue velvet ring boxes were a great touch!

I also had an issue with one of my rings (stone fell out) and the team were so lovely in helping me out. Quick resolution and sent me out a new replacement.

I would definitely purchase from Vivamacity again !

The team at Vivamacity were very accommodating on replacing a broken chain that my Granddaughter had received for Christmas. She really likes this Zodiac pendant and chain. They were out of stock and offered us other options. After a few emails we were refunded our money. I recommend this company for their beautiful jewelry and service.
