I ordered the Howls Jewlery set, and when it got delivered it was unfortunately stolen from my mail room- however when I emailed Vivamacity about this, they were super responsive, and so kind and helpful! They offered to give either a full refund, or to send me another set once they restocked. I asked for a new set, and within a week and a half the new set was sent! They were speedy with their responses, and kept me updated. Great service all around!!

Exceptional customer service, even overseas Vivamacity deliver a high quality experience. After multiple purchases over the years I am still in love with their products and quality.

I bought the ring and the baby set of Howl's Moving Castle.
I'm obsessed. The quality is amazing, it's extremely delicate designed, and I have been looking (specially the ring) since I first saw the movie, and wasn't able to find a HQ good version of it (even in Japan!). I'm really happy to finally have it in my hands (literally).

First of all, the Howl earrings and necklace I bought from them are THE BEST IN LOOKS, MATERIALS, and QUALITY. But stuff happens sometimes and one of the earrings broke.
I reached out to them and I was told that the product has a lifetime warranty (i didnt know that exists!) and they’re going to replace my earrings! No hassles and no hard times for a replacement!
It’s the best customer service I’ve ever experienced in my whole life! Kudos to the team!
Business like this are worth supporting. I will definitely buy more products from them!
And did I say that even the packaging is beautiful????

The company is very easy to communicate with! I had a manufacturing error with my first Pair of their Howls Earrings and through easy and understandable communication they were able to get me a replacement pair and I’m very relieved about it! I am in love with these earrings and knowing that this company has a lifetime policy for events like this, it’s so relieving to know!

Vivamacity has exceptional customer service!

I ordered a pair of earrings and unfortunately they had a small scratch when I unpacked them. But once I reached out to their customer service team they resolved my issue immediately! I was provided with an apology, return label, and a brand new pair of earrings once my damaged pair was received. The new earrings arrived quickly (< 5 days) and are perfect. I’m so happy with my set and their prompt issue resolution.

The products were described very well and in detail on their website. They had multiple options. They were quick to update customers on items that were very popular and coming back in stock. They also delivered items very quickly and in good condition. And they're very good with their promo photos.

I love the selection and how fast my order was sent. The ring box is adorable and my ring is stunning.

The whole experience is more than great, I’m from Saudi Arabia so it took time to arrive but it’s all worth it, the packaging is so cute and the howl’s earrings are just super amazing, good quality and fascinating.

Fast shipping. Cute and safe packaging. Excellent customer service. There was a defect in one of the earrings in a set I bought, but their customer service responded in a very timely manner and gave me a bunch of options to fix the situation. In the end, they sent me out a replacement pair which arrived even faster than the first!

I ordered a gold necklace and earrings, the quality was really bad and the gold looked super cheap and yellow. They also don't do refunds, just store credit.

The quality of the product i ordered was amazing.I really had an amazing experience from the time I ordered my necklaces and received it very fast .I want to give a shout out to Vivamacity for the great customer service .It's the lil things that means the most.when I got my necklace the company put a thank you card (hand written) , inside the package.i would def buy again.

a year ago I bought a hundred dollar necklace from vivamacity, but over time the plating has worn off and turned copper in places. so they deceived that it was the highest quality platinum, because platinum can only darken, but copper is clearly visible on the chain, so it’s not a platinum then! I am attaching a photo if it’s possible here

I got the wrong sized rings and they made the exchanging extremely easy. And very happy with the products! Looks amazing on my girl :)

HORRIBLE! I ordered a ring and it was never delivered, the company refused to send another to fulfill my order. Keep your money, the customer service is horrendous and this place isn't worth it.

My favorite necklace, I wear it everyday!!! Wanted to buy another one but was sold out.
