Jewelry I got came super quick and just as pictured. Rings are true to size and I love that they had smaller sizes for my skinny fingers! Lol. Have gotten compliments on a couple of my items. So far so good. I’ve had them for about a week and a half so I can’t speak on much but I like them. Hopefully for the price they’ll hold up for a bit.

Bought an anklet and the adjustment rings stretched and twisted. Tried to contact customer service and no one has gotten back to me in days… I’d like to support this business but I really don’t like the warranty existing if I can’t use it.

The customer service and personal touch is amazing. The ring is beautiful and well made - perfect - I ordered a smaller sz than I needed so I will write another review once my daughter can wear the ring Thank you!

I love love LOVE the jewelry! This is my favorite place to shop for cute, adorable, and good quality jewelry.

Everything is clearly mass produced in China, cz for most of the stones, questionable that even the silver is real as nothing is 925 stamped, and even the "platinum" items descriptions don't make sense: platinum bonded premium brass?? What does that even mean. I got the moon goddess necklace and the stone was GLUED IN AND POPPED OUT like how cheap for something that cost way too much. Low reviews are deleted and fake reviews are pumped in, you can even see here on trustpilot that many of the good reviews were "invited". They have people in the states for fulfillment and simple jump ring assembly of custom chokers but nothing else is made in America. Many of the designs are straight rip offs of every other brand maybe with a tiny tweak but everything else is just copy and paste. They claim it's hard made cruelty free but cheap labor overseas is not ethical
Edited: it doesn't matter if I reached out to customer service I don't want a replacement of cheap products for cheap products just be honest and transparent
Where is my lie though

I actually have about 3 necklaces from this place that I wear constantly and love and are still in great condition but my luck with rings from here is :( I bought the angelic ring over a year ago and then messaged them about how the opal popped off and they replied and sent me a message back about how they were going to send me a new one which was nice and great of them but I asked for a refund or at least the option to choose something else/store credit. well the second one came and I waited months to wear it for a wedding and within an hour at the wedding the opal fell off again :/ but since I waited so long to wear it just for it to break again and since they only offered to continue to send back the same ring I just moved on and stopped buying from this company. as I said never had troubles with the necklaces but that one ring was awfully made and the most money I’ve ever spent at $115.

Beautiful ring and lovely necklace as a present ! The only downside was a longer shipping than expected and the ring that was a bit too small and that I cannot exchange :(

Update (dec 15th): thanks Vivamacity for your reply. I have worn the ring since my initial review and will not contact customer service. Next time I’ll make sure to order a size up!

On accident I put the wrong address but I was able to switch my address right away just by emailing them! Sweetest people ever and the jewelry it self looks stunning!

The jewlery is amazing. As an international customer, I had to wait very long for the package and had to pay customs but this is not the fault of this wonderful company. If I lived in the US I would buy every piece of jewlery.

Placing an order for jewelry with Vivamacity was easy and my items were shipped and arrived faster than expected. I was happy with the quality of jewelry that I ordered.

Absolutely ridiculous website and business. We placed an order for a ring, got a shipping notification email, and then a day later got another email from vivamacity saying the ring was out of stock? Okay, fine. So we pick another ring that is similar that they suggested and order it. Then two days later we get an email saying that THAT ring is out of stock. How is it that it's in stock when we purchase it, and under your own suggestion, but then after we pay it's suddenly out of stock? Vivamacity needs to fix their website and their stock system, because this is ridiculous. They won't even answer if or when there will be a restock, just keep sending us the same basic "Please pick another item" email.

Shipping took a while, I love my earrings. Beautiful packaging.

Do NOT buy here, do NOT let the good reviews convince you to buy jewelry here. I also ignored the bad reviews and bought 2 rings. Both of the rings turned silver after wearing them for only 2 weeks, I don’t even get them wet or shower/sleep with them. I’ve had rings from Aliexpress and Claires that lasted longer.

Customer service said they couldn’t help.
