This company is absolutely amazing! I have bought 4 pairs of the baby diamond hoops, 1 pair of the regular size diamond hoops, and I have also bought 4 rings. The quality is excellent! So happy to have jewelry that does not turn green or tarnish at all even with daily use. I had an issue with one of the earrings I had, and I emailed customer support, and they replaced it for me without hassle. Exquisite customer service! If you are thinking about buying from this company, just do it, you will not be disappointed. ❤️

Fake reviews, weird brassy colored jewelry, terrible customer service. 0/10 would not recommend to anyone.

I purchased the Black Onyx Double Chain Choker and 18KT Gold Vermeil threader earrings and they are bloody gorgeous! The threaders are my new favorite earrings. <3

So I was browsing posts about online shops for cute, trendy jewelry and this shop was recommended. I read the trust pilot reviews and was skeptical of buying, but went ahead and ordered some jewelry anyway as they were having a 50% off sale. I wish I would've listened to the reviews because this jewelry is trash. I ordered several "sterling silver" rings, and as someone who wears a lot of legitimate sterling silver jewelry, this is not it. It feels like plastic and when you drop it on the counter it sounds like a metal, but it's very lightweight. As if someone just coated some metal ring silver and decided to call it sterling. One of the rings I ordered was the ocean mist ring, and they didn't even bother to stamp it with .925, even though that's what they claim it is on the site. The "gems" used are obviously plastic, not even cubic zirconia. I wish you could post pictures on here so I could upload photos of the fake sterling ring.
To top it all off, the owner is an abhorrent person with a terrible attitude on their Instagram and on this site, as you can see. She comes at anyone with criticism with sarcasm and condescension. I saw one negative review on an Instagram post where she responded and claimed that she is underselling her jewelry, and that it should be priced higher. I don't know about you, but claiming that plastic should be more expensive than the already exorbitant price of $75 sounds ridiculous to me. Listen to the negative reviews and don't bother paying for this dollar store quality jewelry. The 45% negative reviews are telling the truth (and are more than the positive 38%, sad).

A year ago, I’ve bought a viper ring and ohm necklace.
I absolutely loved the ring and the pendant but the chain coming with felt so cheap and broke after 2 days. The pendant doesn’t fit on my other chain I had at home so I can’t even wear it. The “red eyes” of the viper ring we see on pictures aren’t that powerful red, mine were light pink. Was also super flexible
After 2 weeks, my ring began to lost gold color and slowly faded to silver. Yes I remove it before shower, I loved it so much that I tried to take care of it as much as I could.
I tried a small order before making a huge order. I’m glad I did it because the quality of my products wasn’t really good so now I do have trust issues with other products. I’m so disappointed because I find all of their rings absolutely gorgeous. The price is high for the quality. I’m writing my review now because I still receive email from the company showing me other rings I wanted and my trust issues bring me there reading other reviews and feeling that I need to share mine too. I still love them, but sadly might not order again. I’m stuck with the idea that I want That new ring, but 111$ Cad for a ring that will lose her beauty after few weeks. Huh :(

Had a wonderful experience, the service was very fast and excellent. My order shipped out within a few hours of being placed and arrived in a beautiful box. The jewelry itself is gorgeous and I will be buying from here again!

Ordering on the site was very easy. I loved the wide selection that VIVAMACITY offers. I ordered 3 rings and they were absolutely beautiful!! Great quality! I will definitely be ordering more items soon.

Everything went pretty smoothly. I had no problems figuring things out. I bought 2 products and they both came relatively quick. I had no issues with anything. The products looks great and I love the packaging that they came in which made it so much easier for gift giving. I guess the only issue was having to reach a certain amount for free shipping but that’s understandable.

I got a ring for myself and a bracelet for my best friend. Both items are beautiful and arrived in great condition. Great quality, I will buy more soon!

Loved the customer service and hand written note in package. I bought 4 rings for my daughters 2 for each as a set. Was impressed by the quality of the jewelry and details. Unfortunately one of the rings broke as my daughter was adjusting it to her finger 😩 will have to order another one.

Packaging and presentation was WAY above expectations, the necklace box looked like the kind of stuff you get from Pandora level stores. The piece itself is stunning and catches the light so well. Between the pandemic and Christmas time it took about three weeks to get to Canada which is honestly not bad all things considered. 10/10 would purchase from them again!

Absolutely love this jewelry! I’m the type of person that doesn’t like to take off my rings or necklaces whenever I get into water. I like to have it on 24/7 lol but the fact that I can literally do this with this jewelry brand is AMAZING! And they have the cutest styles!!!!!! My most recent purchase was the Stardust bracelet. This was my second purchase from Vivamacity and I couldn't be happier! I'm already looking for another bracelet to add to the Stardust Bracelet. I want to start my own collection of stacking bracelets.
Just as last time I received my handwritten "thank you" note ☺ The bracelet was sent in a different style storage box that was really cute; I was excited!
Fast shipping! Another one of my favorites is I received frequent updates about my shipment, which I feel is very courteous and much appreciated!
Since discovering Vivamacity I have had nothing but an exceptional experience. It saddens me to see that others haven't had the same experience. We all know when it comes to running a company, or life in general, it is impossible to make everyone happy. Unfortunately, it's more common to see con reviews when they feel their experience is unsatisfactory. All reviews are important, everyone wants to know the pros and cons.
Ultimately, If you're looking and find a Vivamacity piece that you like...I encourage those to give it a chance. I did and am so happy that I did!!

Quality is awful, I had ring for less than one month… all the gold has rubbed off and the band is silver. I sent an email and they said it is there company policy to do nothing about it.

Bit of a long delivery time but half expected that. Beautiful jewellery and beautiful packaging totally worth the wait I think.
Tracking on packages could be improved a little but apart from that I am a happy customer and can’t fault it

They appear to block unfavorable reviews. I left a 3-star review of their diamond band ring. In the review I explained that I liked the ring but that I was disappointed as one of the stones were missing after wearing the ring about 4 times (I’ve only had the ring for a month). In any case, I left that review w/ a picture on their site 4 days ago and my feedback has yet to appear on their site. I would’ve been a repeat customer regardless of what happened with the ring but given that my honest review is being blocked, I will not be purchasing from them again.
