Very happy with my purchase! The diamond chain ring is my favorite of my rings right now 😍

The outer layer of "gold" on my necklace literally peeled off to reveal brass underneath.... Also the same necklace has a suspiciously plastic looking opal. No authenticity or quality at all considering the price sadly.

Absolutely loved my purchase and the packaging is spectacular definitely will be purchasing more jewelry from you guys ❤️

I found Vivamacity through FB I believe, and they did not disappoint!! I am absolutely in LOVE with my ring I purchased from them! It is so pretty and sparkly. They also sent a nice box to store it in and a HAND WRITTEN note! Also, unlike some other companies I have purchased from, they sent a card saying that it would be okay if it gets wet (like while washing hands, not bathing). I also got my order three-four days after I purchased, which is the fastest shipping I've received in a while. THANK YOU Vivamacity! I love it.

i have been waiting nearly 2 months for my order which is ridiculous, i need them for my ball which is now only one week away so i am fuming because it cost me a fair amount of my money and i also sent them three emails on why i have not received them but no response and i also called them no response either, my opinion not worth it at all terrible company

As many other reviews on here have said, the wait for international buyers is absolutely ridiculous! I was told to expect 3 weeks and was willing to add another couple considering covid is slowing down deliveries. But 10 weeks later i still have not received anything and the tracking number updates at most once a week.

Vivamacity SERIOUSLY need to find a replacement international delivery on partner as this is just not worth it. The rings better fit right because there is no way I want to be in contact with this company ever again.

Ich habe einen Mondring bestellt und habe ein gratis Fußkettchen dazu bekommen. Das war der Grund, warum ich bestellt habe weil die Preise echt hoch sind. Nach einer halben Stunde ist der Verschluss abgefallen. Die konnten aber nichts erstatten bzw. neu senden, weil das ein Geschenk war. Einfach nur eine Billigqualität.

After many months of looking at jewellery from Vivamacity I finally treated myself to a necklace and an ear cuff. As I am based in the UK I was aware on their website that international deliveries would take up to 30 days which I was fine with.

Having placed my order of May 13th, My items were dispatched quickly with tracking. After a week or so, no updates were made from USPS and tracking said it was in Transit from Chicago. July 21st my package finally arrives.

Having them arrive, I was super excited and loved my items. Exactly what I was looking for. I would definitely order from Vivamacity again but in the future I would pay for faster delivery or look at other options/carriers to use as USPS seem unreliable in my opinion.

I know the delivery is out of their control what with the pandemic and I did send an email to Vivamacity to follow up and assured me I will receive my items.

I couldn’t wait to receive this ring and once I got it……my god!! I absolutely loved everything about it. (Love the simplicity of the design) The way it was packaged was great too. And the quality of the ring is amazing. I really can’t stop looking at it. Definitely makes me feel and look beautiful. Thank you ❤️

They are scamming and lying to the costumers, don’t buy from them.

OBSESSED WITH THEIR JEWELRY!! Literally their jewelry is such good quality, I’m always shiny and sparkling from afar. And prices are reasonable. My favorite ring is the harmony it is sooooo pretty in person. My favorite necklace is the lani necklace, the opal is so gorgeous. 10/10 recommend. Fast shipping too.

Their jewelry is so breathtaking that gorgeous doesn’t even describe it enough. I probably own 90% of their jewelry because I have everything in gold, the quality is excellent I wear it none stop and I sweat because I live in Florida also my neck is sensitive to a lot of jewelry but not this brand. One more thing, this company always has a code to get some discount off, so if you think they might be pricy they really not!!!

My experience with Vivamacity has been amazing... besides one of their products. The Kalei Amethyst Ring is a beautiful piece, but sharp as hell! I returned this ring in the end, but this ring left scratches all over my finger. It slashed my hand when I was using hand sanitizer. Then the company blocked my bad review. I can even view that it’s being blocked by them. They left all of my good reviews, but they don’t show bad reviews anymore. I love this company, but they don’t have to hide someone’s dislike of a product. I don’t think they’re being transparent enough.

I found Vivamacity on Instagram and I saw great reviews and decided to purchase a pendant necklace letter. I absolutely love it, the quality is amazing. I will for sure continue purchasing more jewelry from them. 100% satisfied!

his necklace is so so beautiful. when i first opened the box and saw it i was truly impressed. for being handmade, this is certainly top-notch quality. i was tempted to try and take some photos of it to capture it in all its radiance aaaaaa the pictures on the website truly don't even do it justice. its so elegant yet minimal and delicate, from the center piece to the chain. when my mom saw it, she said it was very cute, that the diamond must be crystal for there was no way that it could be real diamond at such an affordable price. i was very happy to correct her that it is indeed diamond :)

this necklace just absolutely shines, it glows, even the chain is so pretty and it just glitters. the diamond heart looks so clear and pristine, i dont even have the right words to describe it properly. i am in love with this craftsmanship. i was particularly so happy to hear that the jewelry could withstand being in water without rusting! if and when i wear jewelry, i prefer to stick with one piece, whether its a necklace or a bracelet, i dont like to have to take off jewelry everyday before i sleep or when i shower (just throughout the day in general), i like it when i can keep it on at all times, and im able to do that with the mika; im so happy this necklace is my new everyday one now! i absolutely recommend vivamacity and would not hesitate to purchase another product from them. this is some truly incredible craftmanship, my regards to viva and the vivamacity team, you guys keep doing what you're doing! <3

I love how they resolved our problems and They have this awesome communication. They have these adorable jewelries that I couldn't resist buying them all the time.

Edit: ahh... please at least make sure people don't have actual receipts before replying lies. Wish I could post the multiple screenshots I have but here are just a few to debunk your claim. Your Amor rings were $6.99, mystic aurora necklace $13.99, silver bullet necklace $19.99, mint sesame crystal necklace $11.99, I can go on. And yes I stand corrected on one point, the earrings were $29.99 and always on sale for less. Oh and all this was 2-3 yrs ago not 6. Either way, the "new" items still are not up to par for the price.

I used to be a very happy repeat customer. I LOVED the jewelry and merch, but that was a long time ago when it was still less than $20 for most things! Now she has over inflated her prices and really hasn't changed the product to justify the price raise. The materials feel the same and have the same quality as the lesser versions. I understand supply and demand but when I bought the first pair of opal earrings for like $18 and now they are around $75 and are the same quality, you have to wonder the owners ethics at that point. Believe the bad reviews!
