Great service from start to finish, I rang a millions times to check on the bed and change a few things the person I spoke to was very friendly and patient haha.
The delivery men were very good came in put the bed up quick.

My experience with Viz Beds was first class from start to finish. I previously ordered a different bed from an alternative company but we live in a very old cottage and it wouldn't go up the stairs to my daughter's bedroom. I contacted Viz Beds who tailor made the headboard to fit the requirements. What I didn't realise was that the base of the bed would also be problematic! The delivery guys were so polite and helpful and they spoke with Viz Beds who agreed to modify the base of the bed so that it would fit. It was delivered modified within days and the fitting was seamless. The whole experience was just brilliant. Each person we encountered was so helpful. My daughter loves her new bed.
I would highly recommend this company.

Kamran was super helpful from when I ordered to providing a choice of shades of the same colour, was happy to deliver the bed when it worked best for us, delivery guys took the bed to the room we needed it in.

Getting the bed to the bedroom single handed is no mean feat so well done to the delivery driver. The divan was just as described and worth what I paid for it. One set of clips were on the wrong side but a minute with a screwdriver saw that corrected and really not worth taking off a star for. Thank you all at Vizbeds for a great build.
